Because I believe there are latents on the duct tape of Casey's, around this sweet child's head, honestly, that is all a juror will need. Baez knows it. Lyon knows it, and is why she is brought on. They will lose Macaluso in September if not before in July, and he was thier white hope. I am hearing their is major infighting with this team already.

The media reported two months ago that there were no fingerprints found on the duct tape, but I believe they misinterpreted the report. There was only one small report released relating the duct tape and fingerprints, so my argument can’t be backed up by hard evidence, but I believe my argument makes sense.

On discovery page 3782 in the documents released on February 18 (in the .pdf file marked “Evidence Submitted to FBI”) is a two-page report issued by the FBI Latent Print Operations Unit. There is very little information contained in that report.

However, the report, dated December 15, 2008, notes the following (exact wording of report between quote marks):

“Date specimens received: December 13, 2008.

“The items listed below were examined in the Latent Print Operations Unit:

ITEMS FROM MEDICAL EXAMINER’S OFFICE:
Q62-Q64 Tape

ITEMS FROM RESIDENCE:
K10 Elimination prints from George A. Anthony
K11 Elimination prints from Cynthia M. Anthony
K12 Elimination prints from Lee A. Anthony

Results of Examinations:

The requested latent print examinations were conducted, but no latent prints were detected.”

That’s why the media reported there were no fingerprints on the duct tape.

So why am I not convinced? I have to make some assumptions, but I believe my assumptions are logical and correct.

On Monday February 16, the State’s Attorney’s office released over 1000 pages of new discovery evidence to the defense. The  public release  is scheduled for mid week.  I spoke exclusively to an inside source within the 9th Circuit offices, and was advised that the prints on the duct tape match that of Caylee’s Mother and the woman charged with her murder, Casey Marie Anthony.

There is little doubt given that finding the death penalty will be back on the table post haste.

Blink on Crime has reported its sources stating that partial fingerprints belonging to the accused, Casey Marie Anthony, have been found by the FBI on ductape found at the scene. While my source’s stand by that assertion, it will not be specifiied as a finding in tomorrow’s release. Blink on Crime will be reporting on the Discovery documents as they are made available.

No shock about any of this for me - are you saying Mac the Knife is getting disbarred, details B  dang!

I am saying it is my opinion that Mac Hubolt, has very little chance of receiving ADP consideration with the charges he is facing. Would he have a shot if he would agree to a voluntary suspension while undergoing counseling in the event it was offered? Maybe.

But taking the highest profile case in the country, another new case in his firm in Cali in early May and being sued for almost $6M for the same crap your already being charged for, is not something either Cali Bar of the Florida Bar is going to ignore to the detriment of a case in a capital trial.

As an example, he had only a pretrial conf. scheduled in September , now he has a status conf on the ADP evaluation in July. I know from an inside source, there is another very significant complaint filed against him that is in the review phase. It will turn into a disciplinary action, I have no doubt.  I would love to know if the new case he took on in May is aware of the allegations against him already and have waived conflict-

Actually, I'm glad you brought this up... Looking at my notes, I don't know where I got the information that George was employed in security by Andrews International, which is why I said ICBW.  Can anyone confirm this?  It could be incorrect information... Sorry if I'm making a mess of this!

monkeys hello
i just got home from work/had to go directly to a my little pony b-day party.  how was the dump?  all the same old stuff?  reading some past post and that's what it sounds like.  any thing new?  at all?  please catch me up....and by golly nancy, we all know that kio wanted to adopt Caylee, and that casey stated she wanted to be commited...i want something NEW PLEASE!!??!

I haven't found anything yet to knock me off my limb. Joy's interview had the most surprises in it, but it is hard to tell if she is "with it" or not. She said she had been to the remains recovery site 10 times, starting with 2 days after Caylee went missing???? She said she was friends of Tim Miller and a team leader on a couple of searches??? (At least she didn't say George Bush was helping her search.) She also said that the Anthony's and Kid Finders had "brainwashed" her. Her own small daughter was close to George but she would not leave her alone with him because she didn't want her to come up missing??? I think that was the high points.   

WOW???  she was 'brainwashed'?  kept going to the remains site?  worried about her own daughter?  geesh, and jeez, if bozo and the A's need an under the busser...why not Joy?  sounds like she's ripe for the pickin'...

Even odder is the fact that she went loking around at the remains sight from the beginning.....
I would really like for her not to be around this vigil that's coming up.I think she could be "guided" to do something.

do ya really think??  i don't know the stability of this girl, but my hinky says not much of any...a case like this has an effect on almost anyone who hears about it;  but, sometimes, it affects people of not so stable of a nature.  i think in my heart she truly cares, but....she might be off her rocker.
