You know we may not get any real juicy stuff in some of these doc dumps, but I look at it as pieces of a large puzzle. What is said in these docs may just fit a piece that is thrown out in the future. All I know is that the prosecuters don't seem to be worried. In fact they seem pretty cool and confident, even taking the time to enjoy the antics of little Jose. That tells me that they are pretty sure they have a slam dunk. They know LOTS of things we don't know.

The last article I saw on that page was regarding evidence or testimony being subpoenaed from Andrews International in Orlando.  Is that the article you are looking at?  They were required to appear Oct. 20, 2008 if by that time they had not provided information to Yuri Melich as ordered.  ICBW, but I think George worked for Andrews, so maybe it is in regard to his work records or something...

Is this the right article?  Or am I looking at the wrong thing?  Sorry if I'm confusing things here...

Goodnight to Trimm, too, and other bed-bound Monkeys.  I love this peek-a-boo picture of our little darling.  Yes, I feel in many ways she is "ours." 

Cindy kept trying to prevent people from posting pictures and videos of Caylee online, threatening to sue, claiming that she had ownership of all rights to images of Caylee, and even the name "Caylee Marie Anthony."  I liked when Sean Krause said he told Cindy that she can't tell him what he can and can't own. 

And when Lee was posting incognito negative remarks about the "Remember Caylee" video Sean posted on YouTube.  He replied (to Lee):  "You really are an ass.  The video is for people to have a reflection, and you wanna sit there and belittle people who actually care?"

i wit' ya...i don't even know if it was a fantasy...i think she just wasn't ready to have it end with him so she pulled the i'm preggers card.....i have seen it before with young girls..then the get about 2 months into the 'pregnancy' and 'miscarry' and don't got to the 'hospital' of 'dr.' because it was like their 'period'.  Nasty behavior.  leave it to casey to lie and say she's not prego 7 months into it, and then come up with a fake baby....

Because I believe there are latents on the duct tape of Casey's, around this sweet child's head, honestly, that is all a juror will need. Baez knows it. Lyon knows it, and is why she is brought on. They will lose Macaluso in September if not before in July, and he was thier white hope. I am hearing their is major infighting with this team already.

I am saying it is my opinion that Mac Hubolt, has very little chance of receiving ADP consideration with the charges he is facing. Would he have a shot if he would agree to a voluntary suspension while undergoing counseling in the event it was offered? Maybe.

But taking the highest profile case in the country, another new case in his firm in Cali in early May and being sued for almost $6M for the same crap your already being charged for, is not something either Cali Bar of the Florida Bar is going to ignore to the detriment of a case in a capital trial.

As an example, he had only a pretrial conf. scheduled in September , now he has a status conf on the ADP evaluation in July. I know from an inside source, there is another very significant complaint filed against him that is in the review phase. It will turn into a disciplinary action, I have no doubt.  I would love to know if the new case he took on in May is aware of the allegations against him already and have waived conflict-

I wondered about this too leslee, since a TV station broke the story that it was being planned.

As for George being interviewed by Murt, it's interesting to speculate that maybe George had agreed to something, but when Sean lets the cat out of the bag and asks Cindy about it, she bellows "What interview with Murt??"  And meek George covers his rear by his quick-thinking reply, "Who is Murt?"
