Does anyone care to enlighten me regarding MrsRocko19. I got a disturbing email from Rev. Grund saying a monkey was posting something about him begging for funds "all over the internet"!!! I have his reply but I wanted to post it in the correct place! I'm really shocked and appalled!

I would sure hope their lawyer would tell them how awful that would look for them to make a commotion tomorrow, but he doesn't seem to have any control over them either.

I'm thinking nokidfinders will have their truck parked in the parking lot and at least George will be there to help milstupid try and collect some donations.

OMG you Monkeys! Any donation is very much appreciated. We are all in different situations and if unable to monetarily give at the moment, say a prayer for their safety and that the memorial goes off beautifully. That in itself would be such a blessing. No Ants, no drama, just all about Caylee.

Boo, Klaas took care of it quietly and properly.  You know most Monkeys did not agree with that post anyway.  I am sorry if Rev. Grund was hurt by it as I understand how he would be.  Tell him just one Monkey alone does not make a majority.

Prosecutors File Response Saying Baez Wasting Time Over Video

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors in the case against Casey Anthony argued Monday that her attorney, Jose Baez, is building what amounts to a propaganda campaign accusing the state of prosecutorial conduct without any evidence to prove it.

Tony Lazarro, Anthony’s former boyfriend, was the latest key state witness to come forward and file court papers Monday asking to be shielded from a subpoena. Baez is seeking to find out who Lazarro talked to and when.

Lazarro has cooperated with investigators and provided phone records to detectives. But, Baez wants to go back more than a year of phone records and Lazarro argued that would be an invasion of his privacy.

Prosecutors on Monday also filed a response saying Baez is wasting time over the jail video of Anthony watching news coverage of a child's remains being found near her home.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found last December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

In a response to recent statements from Baez, prosecutors said he's trying to deflect attention from the evidence in the case and focus on bogus claims of government "misconduct." They asked the judge to make a decision on whether or not to seal the video without having another hearing.

Prosecutors said it's time to move forward and out of the "quagmire" Baez has created over the issue.

Meanwhile, Judge Stan Strickland has issued an order granting Andrea Lyon admission in to the case. Lyon is a Chicago law school professor, who will lead the defense efforts against prosecutor's attempts to seek the death penalty. Lyon is a veteran of more than 100 homicide cases.

TELL IT!  They have had it with this Bozo & I dont blame them...all this defense team has been doing is creating smoke & mirrors.   I hardly think Bozo and Mac the Knife are in any position to be speaking towards "misconduct."
