I don't understand, so Lee's phone records Baez doesn't want? I need someone to spell this all out, otherwise I'm mixed up  So Cindy and George's phone records they are handing them all over? 

nrcg...that's what it looks like...but why not Lee's.....because BJ knows DC was talking to Lee?  I am really beginning to think all this crap is a cover up/smoke screen to keep Lee outta the headlights

That could very well be, all this bs, and delay, and nonsense, but this is what the judicial system has come to, at least in high profile cases. My fear is the judge losing control over all this, he certainly doesn't strike me as a man that would, but still a fear of mine.

Trimm, tks about my puter - o man I was sitting here yesterday posting & smelt what seemed like rubber.  The night before I checked wires thinking one may be compromised but couldnt find anything so I shut the puter down.   As I was posting here the puter popped & then from the fan area in the back was smoking - you had to see my face!   I had to wonder if my puter got as fed up as I've been over these cases of heinous murders of our precious children!!

I'm wondering if the release will be held up now due to this emergency motion.   Why did they want till the last minute, obviously the defense team has had this for weeks.   Did you happen to see it on the docket?   Dam, my heart thumped & now we're in limbo again due to these maggots! (how does that feel Cindy?)

Anguish is knowing your loved on is dead.Autopsy gives you an understanding and confirmation of what happened to the human body.

That's what decent people who want to know what happened to their loved one does. These people aren't decent, and I really don't think they care what happened to Caylee. Life goes on, and part of that is doing whatever they can for that evil spawn, Caylee is just in the way for them. Look at the trouble that Caylee has all caused, imo, that is what I feel these creeps believe.

When have we ever seen them in "great anguish?" They couldn't even work it up for Caylee's memorial, unless you include Lee's primal scream.

Your looking great Sunny   Judge Ito, and other judges that I have watched over the years, I know you are right about Judge Strickland, but I'm still worried about all of this, bottom line like we all feel, justice for Caylee. And it's going to be a long, bumpy road getting there.

I'm obsessing, but I feel the father of Caylee is vital, and somehow, someway, these creatures are going to continue to do whatever they can for that info to not become public. I know a lot of people feel that even Casey doesn't know who the father is, I don't buy it for a second.
