Mark Eiglarsh & Pam Bondi agree with what I said earlier - the media will present their argument, Anthonys have no legal basis to request the report be sealed.   Photos yes, report no.  Every victim goes thru anguish...most families much more profoundly than this poor excuse of a family has that is for dam skippy certain.

Someone asked, the plant and bug life will be under separate extensive report.

Actually, too bad the media jumped the gun to announce the release, had they waited until the morning of, they won't have been able to stop it - I doubt it will be a separate hearing so whenever the next case management hearing to go over a slew of motions is when it will have to wait for more likely.   It will be released after the hearing.

They did jump the gun     So maybe this will be heard during the hearing about the jail house video, which the defense wants an extension on.

That's what I would surmise, I cannot see a hearing on this one issue especially since the media is objecting regarding the jail video.  Let's not forget that the defense asked for a delay on that very hearing regarding THEIR motions, with the added excuse (and yes it is an excuse) why they want the delay....this legal wrangling is going to require a ton of patience many are out of but just know the end result is what is important & that is getting justice for Caylee, and we will get it. 

That is the second notice of hearing for the civil case, posted above but there is no date being reported yet...that's another bone of contention Cindy will have to stew over & eventually WILL LOSE.

Wonder what is in the Autopsy report that the Anthonys want kept secret?
It will all come out at trial anyway....
With all these efforts they go to, to keep things quiet it just makes the stuff more attractive to every media source.

I'll tell yas one thing that is in that report, the time frame that the body was in that location left to get in the condition it got in.   The report will estimate from the decomp a rather tight window how long it was there.   The plant & bug life may be mentioned existed but will back up the autopsy report under separate extensive reports by experts that analyzed that evidence.

Hopefully it will mention the duct tape and heart sticker that Brad Conman stated on the LK show "just was not there"- it was something the media made up!

 Just got caught up monkeys. We had another storm today that knocked out internet at work today. Luckily, I have power, two coworkers, and my sister are without power and they say it could be weeks before it gets turned on. Pray for them.

So we aren't getting the autopsy reports, but getting the other documents, right? TIA JSM

Hmm...maybe Judge "Stan the Man" denied the defense's motion to delay - I really cant see hearing on this one issue without discussing the jail video as well.  The media has filed an objection to it & taken by Kealing's report will be objecting formally to the autopsy report being restricted.  Hopefully by tomorrow we will get a hearing date, o man I'd love to be a fly on the wall in Strickland's chambers.
