Let's hope that guilt will creep in her CONSCIOUS. Every waking moment.  True panic attacks can be debilitating, and at the very least the beginning of the punishment she so deserves.

I totally agree. She even stated herself that she had some sort of psychological testing when she was first arrested and passed. Cindy has stated that she had no mental issues in her lifetime. (Of course, we take that with a grain of salt.) An insanity plea won't cut the mustard now. Plus, she would have to admit to the crime in order to use that as her defense. She is adamant that she is innocent. I bet Lenamon wanted her to take this route, she refused, thus he was gone!

New Discovery Released In Case Against Casey
Anthonys Succeed In Blocking Autopsy Results

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Hundreds of pages of new evidence was released by the State Attorney's office in the case against Casey Anthony Friday morning.

George and Cindy Anthony succeeded on Thursday in the effort to at least temporarily block the release of granddaughter Caylee Anthony's autopsy report.

The report was included in the documents released on Friday along with about 1,000 pages of evidence.

The Anthonys argued that the release of the autopsy results would cause the family great distress.

Judge Stan Strickland is expected to hold a hearing on the matter next week.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were discovered last December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

Also in the documents, interviews with George and Cindy Anthony and Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez filed a defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony, claiming that Anthony naming her as the nanny who kidnapped Caylee ruined her good name.

A copy of Universal Orlando's Web site was also among the 1,000 pages of evidence released. Earlier in the case, Casey Anthony led investigators to Universal , identifying it as her place of employment, then did an about-face in the hallway and admitted she was lying. The pages appear to list and contain photos of former or current employees.

I think she and her family would strenuously resist claiming insanity as a defense.
To claim insanity you have to first admit guilt.
She is so arrogant that she will NEVER admit that.
She and her parents all think they are smarter than anyone else, lawyers, juries, and she will get away with it.
Why wouldn't they?  She's been getting away with stuff all her life without consequences, it's the natural thing by now!
