Thanks IM. I have no idea what happened anymore than anyone else, but that 911 called seemed very staged to me, and there just are a few factors in this that I can't get past, I've tried to look at different possibilites, but I just go back to my initial thoughts. And how in the world would Haleigh be passed around due to leaks in LE? Must be some awfully smart people that are passing Haleigh around like that.

You summed it uo perfectly NRCG~There are certain specifics facts that I just can't seem to get away from no matter how hard I try, I can look outside the box at SO scenarios, etc.....but Ron and Misty's actions and inconsistent statements, their attitudes etc lead me righ back to them , and I don't think anyone in this bunch is smart enough to be passing around a child for almost 6 months without getting caught.

The concept that Haleigh must now be dead, is generated only by a statical basis, a generality.  Based on Evidence at hand versus No Evidence at hand. And only some peoples opinion, not based on any evidence currently held by Le.   And done so, to discourage the concept that anyone should continue searching for a living child.

Do you really think LE would rather search for a dead Haleigh than a live Haleigh?  Don't you believe that the investigation into Haleigh's disappearance would encompass both live and dead? 

I'm a logical person and logic tells me Misty needs to tell the truth.

No I don't, I believe they have cover both angles..  what you are replying to, was my point, that the concept of Haleigh being alive, is generally being debunked, with others concept that she has to be dead.. my comment was that those who are consistant in the concept that Haleigh cannot be alive have an agenda.  I think LE is working both, thus the reason for the searches in Baker County..  Let no stone be uncovered.  And their own statements that they have the intent to find Haleigh first and then go after those who are responsible for her disappearance.  I have seen absolutely nothing to this point, that makes me believe that Haleigh is no longer living.  Evidence speaks volumns,  No Evidence speaks just as clearly.

Evidence does speak volumes, but evidence of absence is not absence of evidence

 I think back to all the cases prosectuted with no body/no forensic evidence and just circumstantial evidence, and remember trials like John Racz, there was no body, no forensic evidence....yet the jury found him guilty, they stated it was  logic.....then I think about Drew Peterson, does anyone really believe he had nothing to do with Stacy's disappearance? Not me, nor Lisa Stebic's hubby

I do not think she is being passed around.  I do not think she is in Florida.  And I'm not sure where the line is, but somewhere between Texas and Florida, no one has even heard of HaLeigh Cummings, which A B S O L U T E L Y  B U R N S  M E   U P!!  Our Amber Alert system is not working.  Her picture should be posted everywhere!  Every Amber Alert should be shown at the end of the evening news every single night. EVERY WHERE IN THE UNITED STATES!!  Let's face it.  Why can we only get at around 150 candles on her little sight??  WHERE IS EVERYONE??  We are letting our children down.

That came out after the first pressers, but I think we all knew he did it even before that, and that's not forensic evidence......what about Laci Peterson or Natalee Holloway before we saw Urine's tapes, I knew they were both murdered....didn't need forensic proof, just logic.

I also re-read what TJ Hart stated about LE and Haliegh:

If that's the criteria, I can guarantee you they are still looking for a body, and a leave Haleigh because many murders are soft kills which leave no evidence behind.

Yep!! Even with Caylee Anthony (after they found the smell of death car) but before the Body Farm test were back...... SOP for LE.
