TY for the picks Northern Rose.  That fire pit looks awfully close to the house.  Isn't there some standard for how far away the fire pit should be from the house.  Lord, if a wind came up the house would catch on fire.

I was thinking the same thing too-the fire ring is really close to the house.  I have true fire pit-it's dug out a little in the ground, with stone masonry around it and then a smaller ring on one side on the inside.  And it isn't anywhere near anything that can burn.  In my county, there are ordinances as to how close you can burn to any structure, what you can burn (no garbage), when you can burn (sometimes there are bans against open fires etc.)

Thanks for the pics Northern Rose. No tats on the neck, and hard to see about the space between front teeth. Uggh. I wonder if there is some other creep out there.

The sneeking out and burning the receipts after making sure the police were gone waves big flags for me, and the fact that the Popo says that the perpatrator is still out there.

The other story of a little girl which is missing from Ohio, didn't that guy leave the half way home on May 28th? I am not sure how close the two places are, but you never know.

Nevaeh Amyah Buchanan Feb. 3, 2004-June 4, 2009
last modified June 11. 2009 10:41AM
Nevaeh Amyah Buchanan was born on February 3, 2004 in Monroe, Michigan. She was the beautiful daughter of Jennifer Buchanan and Shane Hinojosa.
Nevaeh had a smile that could warm a room, a personality that could tame the wildest heart, and a love for life that was only second to her love of family. Nevaeh had made her home in Monroe for several years with her maternal grandmother: Sherry Buchanan. She also shared many memories with her mother Jennifer of Monroe; her paternal grandparents: Carla and John Elliotte of Toledo; paternal great grandmother: Joanne Combs; maternal uncle: Michael Buchanan and his Fiancé Kelly Duvall of Newport; great aunts: Diane Lawson of Monroe and Mildred Bores of Kevey, KY; paternal aunts: Danielle Owens and Leslie Umensetter; and great uncles: Arnold Lawson of Monroe and Norman and Cathy Dewilde of Monroe.
Nevaeh was an excellent student. She enjoyed every day at Preschool, and recently had graduated from the Discovery Preschool Program at Cantrick. She could often be found spending time at the playground or hanging out with her new best friend Austin. She thought that she was "hot stuff" while driving her Power Wheels Escalade or riding her scooter. Even at the age of five, Nevaeh enjoyed the sound and look of a motorcycle.
Nevaeh Amyah Buchanan age 5 of Monroe was delivered safely into the arms of her Savior. Her family mourns her loss but she has gained her wings.
Friends may gather from 12:00-8:00pm, Thursday, June 11, 2009 and from 12-8:00pm, Friday, June 12, 2009 at Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street; (734) 384-5185. Friends may also gather at the Stewart Road Christian Ministries Center, 1199 Stewart Road from 11:00am until a Celebration of Her Life at 12:00pm, Saturday, June 13, 2009. The Rev. Dale Hayford pastor of Crosswalk Community Church of Monroe and the Rev. Sam Luke pastor of the Stewart Road Church will co-officiate. Nevaeh will be whisked to St. Joseph Cemetery, 909 North Monroe Street in a custom motorcycle hearse with a police procession for her final rest.
For those desiring to assist the Buchanan family will funeral expenses, memorial donations are suggested to the Nevaeh Buchanan fund through the Community Foundation of Monroe County.

I remember the guy on Nancy Grace calling him a weenie wavier. I think he had an indecent exposure prior, IIRC.

I am still looking for gapped teeth and neck tattoos.  I found this video which I had not seen before. I  noticed the dirty brown carpet in the apt. which is stuck in my mind from the one interview where we were speculating if it was the capret in the hall up to Austin's or in the apt.

My heart is pounding out of my chest right now.  I am at work, and it is taking every ounce of energy I have to hold back my tears.

Good God Above, please give Nevaeh Justice on Earth.  While I have great comfort in believing that someday those that perpetrated this heinous act will have to answer to You, Justice and the sense of all that is Good requires that there be Justice here on Earth, as there can be no Justice in allowing such evil beings to enjoy life on Earth while this sweet, beautiful, innocent little child was robbed of hers.

Sorry everyone, I got my dates confused. I was thinking this happened on the 28th...I am a sleepy monkey today.
I actually didn't get much sleep last night, I had such a horrible dream about this little girl actually. Sometimes this forum is very draining.
