Oh my goodness. I remember this story. Jesmond dean park...this man is a monster. He seems to leave his victims in the area he assaults them...if this crime is in fact connected to him.
I have no words.

The attempted abduction in the Escondido parking lot wouldn't have anything to do with an Albertson's shopping center would it?

Yes I am watching our local news now. He was very gracious. He said he wanted today to be about Chelsea and chose not comment on why he thinks Amber did not receive as much attention. I read in the Chelsea thread that Carrie and Moe will be on Larry King tonight.

I just watched the arraignment on TV. He is tan (very tan) and buff. This guy has been doing some out door living to be this tan. He pleads not guilty. I did listen to Ambers dad talk he is up set that they did not look for his daughter like this, but does not wish to talk about at this time. I just hope they stay on the job and continue to look.

Edward I will read the first 50 pages if you read the last 50 I let you know what I come up with.

Good story on Tracking Sex Offenders in San Diego Co-

http://www.10news.com/video/22718463/index.html

My Gosh, they said 427 registered sex offenders are transients with no address listed.

Also, SO registers his address, but not concurrent addresses. Therefore, he could list LE and still live in RB and elsewhere

Is this the same park that the couple spotted a man matching Gardner watching young girls jog?

I have never understood WHY " Isecuretrac ankle bracelet " was never implemented NATION WIDE on all new release from prison and while on parole.
The just make all S.O. on parole for life.

It costs the county about 58.00 per Day to keep an inmate in jail and the monitor costs 35.00 or so per Month to monitor them while they are out.
A 24 hour a day monitored location of the released prisoner. It has other options too.

Been available for the last 7 or more years and works great..
Martha Stewart umm..  wore one.

She should not have had to wear one because She was NOT Violent, but Violent criminals should HAVE to for years after release.

IF It was .. It would have been about robbery and murder..
Part of his MO. is about robbery. He would have been just released and living with the g/f and with kids and needed money.
