"I’ll save you the trouble- Who reports a stolen piece of luggage slated for an impromptu rummage sale  which just happens to end up entombing an 8 year old child in the bottom of an irrigation  pond?

According to Mr. Williams, there is “stuff in it”, but Sgt. Tony Sheneman has stated several times that there was nothing found on or in the bag to identify Pastor Lawless or the Clover Baptist Church. If that is accurate, one can only assume that the tie-in to the church is from the woman that allegedly reported the suitcase stolen. 

If there is no report, Mr. Williams would seem to know something none of us would have , until he told us.

The purse  theft occurred at  a location directly across the street from Mr. Williams residence.

 Fred L Williams, self proclaimed member of the Clover Baptist Church and his wife, Anita M, have an extensive criminal history which includes suspended drivers licenses, drug posession,  and worse.  I am not listing them specifically as it has not been determined to be relevant to Sandra’s disappearance. They appear to have previous addresses in Oakland and Oakdale as well. 

It is however, safe to say, that Williams statements directly contradict those of Lt. Sheneman regarding the reporting from anyone regarding stolen luggage. It is not known at this writing if Mr. Williams has been interviewed by Investigators."

I THINK the way I found the lathrop address was this.  I knew there was someone in lathrop, when I saw the video of fred williams walking through a mobile home park and going up the porch steps I saw a number on the mobile home.  so I took the name thread williams and looked for a mobile home park in lathrop which had the number on it.  I found one and assumed this must be his address.  then I looked him up at that address and found this.  Then I never looked for him any more, maybe I should look for him NOW 

I don't know if this is him or not, let me really dig and see,

Take notice of those names...You can find a majority of those names at the state of Washington,  by researching the courts docs...I will link you...Although Williams is a common name, there are some of those names that aren't Williams that are also @ the WA court doc. site. Please tell me if you find anything. Because i found a lot.. I believe Williams is a connection somehow to CLL from the Washington area, even if it is just a friend. I have a couple of exams for college to take..but I will be back later to help!!!

The reason for the confusion is because of the Stephen L Williams who seems to be the one married to Anita and the one who resides or has resided with her. That is what I am seeing.. And I found that by people search in seeing they had married. Stephen L Williams to Anita Gibson...I noticed that because I couldn't find Fred anywhere, so i searched and searched and that is what I found. So sorry if i messed everything up..lol
