In all of the site meter IP stuff that Jen posted, one of the IPs was US Gov't Veterans' Affairs.
I assumed that was the Dark Lard, but maybe not?

I've often wondered if the nic itself has a special meaning.  Bastibro with the  bro, meaning brother.  Don't know if Basti is a real word in another language.  Basta means stop in Italian. 
Maybe I have an overactive imagination . . .
