Hi Hotping and all other Monkeys.  Nonesuch, happy birthday.  I just got home from work and am playing solitaire to help me unwind.  Not doing a very good job of it though.

Thank you Blue Moon, I appreciate it. How is your sister? I keep reminding myself to be grateful I have a job when I'm worn out from work - sometimes it works, sometimes not as much.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

Just got off phone with her.  Her foot is still dragging and she is probably going to have to go to a podiatrist and get this checked out before she goes in to have stereoscopic surgery on knee.  Still has a positive attitude but is getting tired of doctors.  She said our older sister called her this morning and they found malignant breast cancer on her so she is scheduled for doctor's appointment next week to see if/when they can do surgery.  I am waiting for her to call me now when she gets back home.  She is in northeastern KY. so it will not be as easy to visit her and help her but will do what I can and she knows it.

(I am very thankful for my job, my husband and my son's also.  We have not suffered (yet-knock on wood) from the downturn but unemployment in our area is about 10.50% which is not good.

Blue Moon, what a tough day for your family. I am just so sorry that your other sister now has the cancer challenge. I think the hardest part for your other sister is all the rehab as well and the patience to endure how long it takes to heal. God bless each of you, I will keep you in my prayers for healing and comfort.

What with that originality coupled with seeing hermit crabs in cages I wonder that John can be bothered to associate with all the ordinary peasants at the forums.
