The eight year old was riding recklessly...

The child's parents should have known better than to let him ride...

There was no "official" police report.  The beach patrol, with "polis" shirts, are not official (every ARUBAN knows that).  ALE cannot be incompetent when there is no report...

The parents are only interested in money....

There are more water accidents in the US.... 

Exactly, Buckeye.  And we wouldn't want to do one of those nasty drug and alcohol screenings of the driver, now would we?

 

Their parliament probably hasn't gotten around to enacting any laws against boating under the influence anyway.  They have been very busy, ya know.

Natalee Holloway enter the scenario a short time later.

If the casino video captures Paulus conversing with Natalee at the black jack table ... the implication is that Joran is covering for wrongdoing by his Father.  He lied in his declaration in regards to what time Paulus left the casino.

Lies are created to cover the truth.  Why did Joran deem it necessary in his declaration to cover the truth regarding a "Paulus/Natalee connection".  Why did Paulus deem it necessary in his declaration to cover the truth regarding his encounter with Natalee?

I was done sooner than my father and I went and hung around in the casino. When it was half time of the game my father wanted to go home to go and babysit my ten year old brother. At my father's request I sat in for him and played "Texas Hold'm poker. I am not sure as to when half time was but I think it was between 19.00 and 20.00 hours. I kept on gambling until I lost too. This was according to me until 21.30 to 22.00 hours. I went to walk around in the casino and after that went to the "Blackjack" table to play blackjack. While I was sitting at the table the girl "Natalee" that is missing now to the blackjack table together with her friends.

On May 29th 2005, at approximately 16.00 hours, I went with Joran to the “Free Carribean Stud Tournament” in the Holiday Inn. During the break, at approximately 18.30 hours, I went back home. My youngest son Sebastian who was playing at a friends house was due to be dropped off at home around that time. Joran, with my permission, took over my seat because he had been eliminated earlier. We had agreed that he would call me after the tournament, in order for me to come and pick him up. He did indeed call me and at approximately 23.00 hour I picked him up near the Mc Donalds in Palm Beach with my red Suzuki. We drove home and I went to bed.

DANA PRETZER: When you look at this case, a question keeps coming up. I am looking at the picture on my PC. It is the alleged picture of a person in the casino with Natalee that looks a lot like Paul. Has there been any update on this issue?

Two of the kids have finished showering and ... are in their PJ's.  They are in a a much happier frame of mind.  I hope the other two emerge from their bath/shower likewise.

I purchased the DVD "Bolt" yesterday and promised them this morning that they could see it tonight.  However ... I just told them them all that their rotten moods dictated that an early night was where it was at and ... they could forget the movie.

Maybe ... just maybe ... the abrupt change in attitudes has something to do with trying to change Mama's mind.  It will probably work.  I am a wuss.

I had a meeting with Van Der Straaten, who was the police chief in charge at that time. And I went in and sat down with him and told him and Officer Sanboe (ph), who was going to take over for Van Der Straaten. He was there, too.

You know, I asked a question about, I understand that there was a statement made by Joran, where he talks about what he had done to Natalee and he described in very graphic detail, like, the stitching and embroidery and everything on Natalee`s underwear. And he goes, Oh, no, no, no. Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Well, little did he know I had just read the statements where Joran describes that to the "T," you know, two days before. But of course, I didn`t tell him that. But that`s just when I started to think something`s wrong here.

So my attorney asked that we come back to the United States, take these three people, go to a federal judge, have them sworn in, and we have a federal judge here that was kind enough to help us bring these three friends in that were there that night and take their sworn statements. And of course, my attorney in Birmingham is calling down there, asking Karin Janssen, What exactly do you want? She won’t even return his phone calls. I mean, it’s pitiful. It’s horrible.

DANA PRETZER: When you look at this case, a question keeps coming up. I am looking at the picture on my PC. It is the alleged picture of a person in the casino with Natalee that looks a lot like Paul. Has there been any update on this issue?

JOSSEY MANSUR: There have not been any change of opinion. People, including people in the casino say that is Paul.

Jossy knows alot more of what the `people in the casino` stated to ALE too if you ask me, especially the casino employees(Croupiers).

I also think Jossy knows a little more but due to him having to live on that island and survive there he can only do so much.  I also think Jossy's son Eduardo knows a little more too and needs to be asked what was going on on that boat and what did ALE recover from the ocean when no one was looking.  JMO

Kyle is not a liar and having seen all the pics that have been circulating on the internet I just don`t believe that were the remains of Natalee.

Besides that I would consider any answers from Eduardo Mansur as not reliable.

Oh Bastibro do not put words in my mouth.  You and others STILL do not get it.  I DID NOT say I believe Natalee was in that cage (very possible though).  What I AM saying is WE WILL NEVER know what was in that cage because they were allowed (ALE) full unrestricted access to that cage to remove "whatever" was in it without any objections from anyone on that ship.   Face it, that IS what Kyle said and HE has NOT returned to dispute those words.  The pictures clearly show large plastic bags with "evidence" in it being removed.  Now whether it was the remains of Natalee or the remains of whoever WE will never know because ALE was allowed to do it without ANY objections from ANYONE.  Do you get my drift now.  You are entitled to your opinion BUT so am I and Kyle cannot dispute his own words.
