Hubby just got home.  The two hour walk along the river did not tire him at all.  He is getting cleaned up and ... wants me to go back to the campgrounds with him for another BBQ tonight with the daughter's church group.  Apparently ... we have been invited.

I really do not want to go.  Too much confusion.  Kids everywhere.  I would rather the two of us go out for quiet dinner and ... visit daughter and family later when things have calmed down.

I will let you know later who emerges the winner.

Youngest son and DIL arrive home from vacation on Sunday morning.  I desperately require DIL's assistance in put together what seems to have turned out to be a mini book.  Considering ... I have finished all the homework DIL assigned me prior to her leaving ... I believe I can count on her putting aside some of her precious time.
