Happy 4th almost 5th Monkeys.  Hope you all had a great day.   I spent a large portion of the day with my Grand twins.  They had on festive clothes with flags and fireworks.  Son made some hot dogs and we were all pooped by dinnertime.  I didn't see any fireworks though the whole neighborhood smells like smoke and sounds like war.  Looked like a full moon.

No, not fever and sore throat.     Maybe it's only strep or tonsillitis.  The fireworks didn't scare the babies, but Nana did.  I opened my seltzer water next to handsome and it exploded.  He was in his swing and got sprayed.  He cried for a second cause it scared him.  He forgave me later with a big smile and kiss.

It sounds like a war here too!  Jack loves to chase the fireworks, Daisy is behind a chair and has been for days, and Abbie is shaking.

It is nice and cool here, Hubs and Daughter went to the Kid Rock Concert   Had I known the humidity wasn't going to stick around tonight, I would have loved to have went with them.

Those days are soon over.   Monkey Devil! You better start getting use to earplugs.  Once you get used to them i(n a week or so), you won't be able to sleep without them.

Yes you do!!!  I got really sick twice with big wheezing and coughing, I knew the party was over and I had pushed the envelope far enough.  So I quit cold salami.    I do miss them,  but...oh well.

I feel sorry for the little guys. My cats are sitting on the back of the couch looking out side. Cool our cool is 88, was 105 today but no humidity.
