In the end, I think Always1 will be alright. While truth can hurt, it only hurts when it comes forth on a foundation of lies. That foundation is built on sand anyway and will erode and collapse. Always1 has all of us right in the same boat with her, and she certainly is not alone in being shocked and hurt. We're just going to have to push her along the path toward anger.

The funny thing is, I feel more relieved for you guys just because I absolutely hated seeing you being so kind and excited for her.  Perhaps I should have emailed Klass but remember, I didn't have absolute proof.  Believe me, I was busting to tell all of you though.

CBB and others, the ad was for Holy Redeemer Health System.  It's in Huntington Valley, PA.  Perhaps someone who is better at this can find the picture I'm talking about -  I'm not great at posting pictures.  Go to the site then under Services go to The Maternity.  Hopefully someone can find the exact picture.  There's also a section called Web Nursery where you can find newborn baby pictures. 

To whoever said her pictures didn't coincide with how far along she was is so right.  If I recall, her belly was smaller in the later months than in earlier months, which was a big clue for me.  But the clincher was looking up at that picture and thinking.....wait a minute, that's Dolce's picture.  It took about one second to sink in, since I didn't even believe her before that.

I hope someone has better luck finding that exact picture.

A blogger who wrote of deciding to give birth to a terminally ill baby, attracting a following of thousands of supporters online, admits now that the entire story was made up.

And on a brats forum my husband posts on, one of the posters came on as the daughter of one of the brats, saying her mother died.  And garnered all sorts of attention.  It turns out it was the poster (mother)  herself, pretending to be her daughter.  Faking her death.  It was all about the attention.  And no, she doesn't dare post there anymore after getting caught lying so attrociously.  She got caught when the caring people tried to contact and to give condolences and  such.

OMG ... I'm just reading all of this about Dolce today.  I'm sooo disheartened, to the point of being sick to my stomach.  All the good emotions and wishes and hopes all the wonderful monkeys expressed for Dolce and the twins! 

Maybe it's just the mood I'm in this very minute, but...

Jesse says she saw avatar pictures Dolce used on a bus...an advertisement for a local hospital.  Well, I'm noticing that Jesse has not responded to a single question about "what" hospital and that she omitted the name of the hospital in the original post, using only "a local hospital". 

Like I said before, I may be over-reacting here, but why won't Jesse tell us the name of the hospital AND why are so many monkeys just taking what Jesse put out there as the truth?

OMG ... I'm just reading all of this about Dolce today.  I'm sooo disheartened, to the point of being sick to my stomach.  All the good emotions and wishes and hopes all the wonderful monkeys expressed for Dolce and the twins! 

Maybe it's just the mood I'm in this very minute, but...

I'm sick about all of this!

I guess I was naive in thinking that we hadn't heard from Dolce because she was experiencing post partum problems.  In her last post (I believe) we found out that she had been sick and that some other problem had been thrust upon them...made me think of post partum.

She seemed like such a nice, warm, caring person, too.

Does anyone know how long she was posting on SM before she posted that she was pregnant?

CBB - Dolce announced her pregnancy Sept 3rd, IIRC!! I don't believe she was early at all. 

The birth weights seemed good for twins, but I've never heard of babies that size being that short!

 

Impossible for a baby, practically full term to be 12-13 inches long.

Hmm - I should probably stay out of this if I had a brain in my head because I don't know all of the circumstances, just admired Dolce from afar and enjoyed her conversations - but I have two girls - I carried both three weeks past full term.  The first time the doctors said no way -  you have your dates wrong - the second time, they said hmmm - how unusual.
The second thing is my first daughter, being three weeks late, weighed 7.6, was chubby, pink and white skinned like a china doll, and measured just under 13 inches. Nurses from the wards kept coming in to look at her because she looked so different from most newborns. She is now 5'6" tall.
She also slept from 8pm at night to 6am everynight from the time I first brought her home- I used to sit in a rocker beside her because I was afraid she wasn't breathing.  Still sleeps nine hours a night although she's in her late 30"s.

I just looked at the site for the hospital that Jesse indicated and did not find any pictures that would fit with the avatars in question.  Maybe someone else will have better luck.

When I first started reading back this morning regarding Dolce, I went to her myspace page to take a peek.  I just went to go there again and, either I have been deleted from her *friends list* or she deleted her entire page since this morning    

I found it odd on her myspace page that she had a picture of her new car (as she titled it).....do you really need your own car if you have a driver??  or do you buy the car you want and then let your driver drive it???  i'm really not on the *up-n-up* when it comes to drivers....

Also, she recently posted pics of the remodeling of her house however there was not one single picture of the nursery...i just found it strange.   

Im still in shock over this if it is in fact true!

That's probably the most interesting thing yet...she had been posting just under 2 weeks before she announced that she was pregnant.
