So, I am going boating tomorrow!!!  Then we go out on the boat again later to watch the fire works.  They go off right across the river from us.  Fun, Fun, Fun!!

You know the old saying about misery loves company If I had to think about it I wanted to share

   I did make "real" french fries tonight - YUMMY!  I made daughter go buy me a deep fryer - I gave mine away a couple years ago - knowing nothing you put in there is good for you.

John's Favorite!!   

I have a Fry Daddy, and make them in it. Secret to making them great? Put a lid on the bowl you're serving them in and let them steam a little soft before you serve them!

I just put Jake to bed with my DD and he was not happy.  I could hear him crying at the door.  Now I have a little corner of my chair.

sorry I was a way for a bit ...

I just glimpsed at ones post that was laughing .. Ejected or Erected ..

Reminded me of my Daughter after her last dreaded day of Sex Ed (which they studied the male anatomy)  when she was in 5th grade...
She told me after her day ... MOM .. We have to talk. She took me into her room and said very seriously " MOM" ... I think you should sit down before I tell you this.
MOM she says ... DO YOU KNOW what Boys do ?  she was so so serious. Me I was slipping off her bed and wanting to melt upon the floor ...lol.. because I was sweating and my heart was beating in my throat...lol.....

MOM she says ( mind you my Daughter has a Minnie Mouse Voice ) ... BOYS have REACTIONS.

And then she said .. AND they can't help it. She said I swear MOM I saw a boy the other day in the hall at school.. he had a reaction right in front of my friend ..she was wearing a Dress.     

OH Lord please take me back to those days .............. or better yet " GRANT ME Grand children that will be like their Mom/ My Daughter" ...not for another 5 yrs though please..
