I guess Posner since Levy seems a bit too personally involved if you know whadda mean?  He seems like more of a consumer or customer than the one in charge.  But wasn't he connected with a victim only twelve years old instead of teens?   Evil or Very Mad

Great find! In the cemetary pics from the diary it looks like there is a big, white, circular...water tower...in the backround. Is that on the map?
