Hmmm, kind of seems to me that anytime things don't go as desired for an Anthony they have a tantrum or become physically violent or even kill.  Seems to me this is an evident pattern of behavior from ALL of them.

Glad the judge ruled in favor to release the autopsy results TODAY!  Yippee!!

He asked to be left his dignity....and then stomped out of the courtroom in what can only be describe as a rather less than dignified manner. Way to go Georgie.....

Go, Stan, Go  ::MonkeyDance::Bozo is such an idiot!  Reneges on deal with SA.  No legal standing for Conway.  George's professional grief is unsuccessful.  Cindy's attempt at controlling situation loses.  Rudeness abounds as George leaves before Judge rules.  Release of Autopsy Report Today!! Conway and Geo kept saying that they wanted dignity for Caylee as the reason to not release the autopsy. Geo stormed out as he knew the judge was gonna deny him, Cindy stayed to the bitter end and they failed in their attempt.  If Geo, Cin and the rest of the ants had not FAILED Caylee a year ago then this would not even be a question, there would be no autospy report to be fighting over, they would be dealing with what colour shirt Caylee wanted to wear today.

Hello all monkeys! I have been catching up on about 80 pages whewwwwwww...i forgot all about having the hearing on today...does anyone know where i can see it now or is it to soon? anywhooo.....wooohooo for Stan the man!!! i love it...finally the ants are NOT gettin their way!

Mind you they were both laughing it up right prior - hope they enjoyed their crap cakes because this is the beginning of the end for that diabolic family...the chickens are coming home to roost!

I don't know why, but him carrying and looking at that picture just pisses me off. They have had NO RESPECT or caring for that baby from the beginning of this and now to carry that picture around is nothing but a diabolical plan to influence the court.

A hearing in Casey Anthony's criminal case will begin this morning at 11:00AM.  The judge will hear argument about whether to release the autopsy report on Caylee Anthony.  Follow below for up-to-the-minute updates.
11:00AM - George and Cindy Anthony arrived with their attorney Brad Conway.  George held a picture of Caylee and a speech that he has prepared for today. 

Also present in the courtroom are Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez, prosecutors Jeff Ashton and Linda Drane Burdick, and what looks to be an attorney representing the media. 

11:08AM - Hearing has begun.  George Anthony is speaking.

"Our families' memory is all we have left."

"Protection of our family's right to privacy has been tossed aside"

Geoge says releasing autopsy report will allow for endless speculation that will hurt the family.

George Anthony couldn't hold back tears as he asked the judge to block the release of the autopsy.

Lawyer for the Orlando Sentinel asked George how many times he had been on TV.

11:12AM - Conway asked the judge to delay the release of the autopsy until the trail begins so "tabloid trash" TV show cannot dissect it.  Conway says that would cause the Anthony's great pain.

 11:17 - Lawyer for Orlando Sentinel says George and Cindy Anthony have added to the media circus by making appearances on TV.

11:19 - Judge Stan Strickland has information contained in the papers is factual, no photos, and editorial comment.  He says George and Cindy's pain is not enough to block the release.  Judge said he doesn't like the ruling that he is making but legally is the only way he can make.

11:22 - Jose Baez asks for 48 hour stay on release of autopsy so defense can review and possibly make objection.  He says there are references to autopsy photos in the report that he doesnt want to be released.

11:25 - Judge: Public has the right to view the same report that I did.  "I'm fine with them being released today," Strickland said.

11:26 - Judge rules autopsy can be released.  Hearing over.

Yup, Judge Strickland knew how he was going to rule before oral argument, hint of that was "I extended a courtesy to the Anthonys."  He knew the law.

Judge Allows Release Of Caylee Autopsy Results

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Orange County judge decided Friday to allow the release of Caylee Anthony's autopsy report to the public.

Caylee Anthony's grandparents tried to convince the judge that he should not release their granddaughter's autopsy report.

Casey, 23, is in the Orange County jail facing first-degree murder charges. She is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony.

The Anthonys said releasing the report would cause them even more anguish and are afraid that the results will be exploited.

On June 10, George and Cindy Anthony's attorney, Brad Conway, filed a motion to block (read motion) Caylee's autopsy result findings. Judge Stan Strickland, however, ordered a stay (read order) on the release of the findings.

The Anthonys' motion claims that publicizing the report would cause endless speculation.

What the public does know already is that investigators found duct tape stretched across Caylee's mouth when they found her remains on December 11.

They found adhesive on that tape in the shape of a heart, which matched a heart sticker that they also found near her remains.

Investigators say the duct tape, the trash and laundry bags she was stuffed into are similar to tape and bags found in the Anthonys' home.

Despite the detectives' findings, the Anthonys' say they are too upset for the public to see the autopsy report.

"Every time there's a motion filed to block the release of something what do you assume? You assume that there must be something inflammatory and damning," said WFTV Legal Analyst Bill Sheaffer (watch full interview).

Sheaffer says Caylee's grandparents have no legal standing in the case to ask the judge to seal a public record and says there is no legal basis for their argument.

"Unless there's a legal basis other than emotional distress, which is not a legal basis, this judge will not block the release of this public document," Sheaffer explained.
