Same reason for the duct tape. It is staged to be a kidnapping after the fact. Hard to say somebody kidnapped her from her own pool, imo.

That is what I thought all along that Casey staged it all to look like a kidnapping. But I'm also wondering could Casey have duct tapped Caylee and then threw her body in the pool?

Blink, it could just be a pull up. Pull ups and Swimmies look very much the same.

Yes, they are identical except the Swimmies are water proof. If it was a Swimmie, I wouild think it would ALL still be there because they do not disintegrate at all. The reason I know that is I left one outside at the lake and it was still there the next summer when we went down to the motorhome. It has been there from August until June and it was only faded, but not even ratty. We laughed a said we could use it this summer for out niece.

I have a theory on that-

I think the Anthonys found Caylee's swimsuit on July 3rd during the "Scamscaping" of the backyard and that's why Cindy and Lee were stalking Casey. They knew or suspected something was amiss on that day, imo.

An accident makes no sense whatsoever because facing the death penalty she would have buckled for absolute certain for a much lesser sentence on manslaughter or even less for that matter - no way   She is already in jail longer than she would have been if she admitted to an accident.

laundry bag no deterioration, still intact down to the tag and labeling.  In the bag was fine silt and sand as well as dirt.  Also two pieces of black garbage bag.  Laundry bag remained cinched.

I highly doubt that silt and sand would be present at the remains site.

Pulls ups are normaly white with some design on them.  Swimmmies are normally colored all over like a bathing suit, at least the ones my Grandchildren have.

Right my nieces had Nemo or some fishes on them. IIRC.

I think you may very well be right.  I do think that swimmies are purple, AND I totally agree that something happened between July1-3rd that set off alarm bells for the As, thus the frantic seach for Casey

I agree with you.  Pull-ups disintegrate in time. Both of my girls used them, and also "Little Swimmers" which look nearly the same, but were waterproof.  JMO

I have to agree also, nothing else makes any sense.  Thanks for all the screen shots and articles everybody.  I think maybe the bald man was a paid friend of the Anthonys. Not many would want to be friendly with them, without being reimbursed.

They mentioned before that they were getting threats.  I would be willing to bet that it was a bodygaurd they hired.   They need to spend this money they are making some place.   After all,  they do not want KC getting out cause they would have to share some of it with her.

the pool has been on my mind all along. which implicates cindy. Guess will see where this goes next.

Which would go back to my possible scenario that KC came home and found that Caylee was already dead on the 15th and that was what the screaming argument was about. She left, and that is why Cindy was all about the "car" when she called the police instead of Caylee missing.

LE did take the filter from the pool when they did the yard search which would have had decomp in it if that was the case.

if that were the case A) Caylee would not have been in shorts B) Cindy obsessed as she is would have never left the ladder up

Even tho Caylee wasnt found in a swimsuit, it could still be likely that caylee could have been redressed. What if Caylee  died on cindys watch, casey came home found her dead and cindy claiming an accident and giving casey the script to go by.
This has always seemed possible to me.  Unpopular theory probably.
