But if she was in the pool, why the shorts???

Same reason for the duct tape. It is staged to be a kidnapping after the fact. Hard to say somebody kidnapped her from her own pool, imo.
B

Blink, it could just be a pull up. Pull ups and Swimmies look very much the same.

Yes, it could.  I agree, but I dont think so personally.

Remember the kid who brought Caylee's swimmies to Cindy?  Who was he and did they do any follow up?

Wasn't that Chris S.?

laundry bag no deterioration, still intact down to the tag and labeling.  In the bag was fine silt and sand as well as dirt.  Also two pieces of black garbage bag.  Laundry bag remained cinched.

I highly doubt that silt and sand would be present at the remains site.
maybe hidden in the sandbox after all?

Wasn't there a hit by the dogs on the area around the sandbox.? If the sand and silt comes from the sandbox as opposed to the local area, I think that would be easy to establish.

OMG

Did Casey duct tape Caylee's mouth then throw her in the pool to drown?  Was she going to say it was an accident but realized she couldn't because of the duct tape?  You know how when duct tape gets wet it's even harder sometimes to remove?

OMG

So she couldnt breath, very possible - it is a purposeful drowning if that is indeed the cause of death.   The report did say duct tape was applied before decomp

Were they swimmie diapers? Or swimmies the floaties you wear on your arms?

If she were wrapped wet in the blanket, would there still be chlorform traces in the blanket if it  was next to her skin?

There was much speculation in the cage early on that she might have temporarily put Caylee in the sandbox.

They did not want this released because as I said earlier, they know we are smart enough to figure out why:

The purple ribbony stretchy diaper thingy is a SWIMMIE

Caylee was in the POOL !

Remember ladder out, gate open, George's what if's to OCSO...

Get Ready George and Cindy and God Bless this baby is all I can say.

the pool has been on my mind all along. which implicates cindy. Guess will see where this goes next.

Which would go back to my possible scenario that KC came home and found that Caylee was already dead on the 15th and that was what the screaming argument was about. She left, and that is why Cindy was all about the "car" when she called the police instead of Caylee missing.

LE did take the filter from the pool when they did the yard search which would have had decomp in it if that was the case.

if that were the case A) Caylee would not have been in shorts B) Cindy obsessed as she is would have never left the ladder up

Even tho Caylee wasnt found in a swimsuit, it could still be likely that caylee could have been redressed. What if Caylee  died on cindys watch, casey came home found her dead and cindy claiming an accident and giving casey the script to go by.
This has always seemed possible to me.  Unpopular theory probably.

I just do not agree this sociopath would go to jail for this duration much less face the death penalty for anyone, much less her mother she actually despised

And wasn't KC actually at this guy's house on June 18th or near that date?    Not sure if they did a follow-up or not.

A hair mat was noted on the base of the skull and grayish coloured tap was noted to covering the mouth and NASAL aperture area.

No rose there is your question answered in this latest document.  Multiple pieces of duct tape which covered mouth and nose .  I bet the poor child suffocated.

While I agree with Caylee being hidden in the sandbox for awhile I think the silt and sand may have come from where she was located. IIRC there was water there and silt and sand may have settled in.

Maybe Klaas' theory is correct.   She duct taped her - and then put her in the pool.

Dr Michael Baden - on Foxnews cable (national)  chloroform seemed ruled out - duration of body there shows Kronk may have seen something in August & the body was there a long time due to plant life, skeletonization etc

He wants to know what other studies were done on the duct tape, me too.

Baden feels Dr G concludes duct tape was put there to suffocate, he called it a "big jump"

Michael Baden speaking on Fox news and he thinks that according to the autopsy reports and Dr. Jan's findings that his interpretation is that Dr. Jan feels like Caylee was suffocated with the duct tape  Wonder where he will be sleeping tonight    Monkey Devil!

Ok, so do you think she staged all of this and tried to make it look like a accidental drowing, then tried to call everyone, but they didnt answer, so she went to plan B and duct tape  and put the body in the trunk.  Do the time lines match up?
