I decided to make veal scallopini with home made pasta for dinner. I need to get my noodles made so they can breath for a while. BBL

Recipe?

For noodles or the veal?

What is your recipe for veal?

off to walk the little devil.Bearly don't freeze your boos off.
JSM,maybe your unit needs some cooling agent.Tell your apartment manager. That might help.

I meant don't freeze you boobs off.

Funny you should mention that. The ice on my shoulder keeps falling down on the bed. JSM, I recommend that to cool you off. Ice pack down your pjs.

Here is a picture my Daddy took while on vacation at Monument Valley. I think it is in NM or one of those hot states. I didn't want to post it until he put a copyright on it, because he has been ripped off before by posting pics on the internet. It doesn't bother him, but it dang sure bothered me at the time. Parents would go on his website and copy the pictures and print them out instead of buying them from my dad.
His specialty is sports photography. Just thought you monkeys might like to see it. There is another one I will post tomorrow. JSM

His work is beautiful. I take hundreds of pics of everywhere I go and just about anything and get lucky every now and then with a really nice one. I have one that I blew up really large and framed that had a wonderful shot of hubbie and the kids at the ocean when we were on vacation. That is my best shot I have ever taken as far as I am concerned.

If you liked it so much, why did you blow it up?

Sorry for the delay in answering - I was cleaning my oven - don't ask
I lurked so long because I think you have a long waiting list and it took a while to get approved - also, I was on the blogsfornatalee site for a long time and it was so heartwrenching I needed t/o.
Chilli! Yes, ground beef and beans - yum - not really sweet so much as more body and less acidic - I love it and people always ask me what is in it.
Also, I'm "foreign" and we're a bit odd up north
We use a couple of blogs of sour cream and some shredded cheese on top - it's quite non-fattening - honest!

How much molasses, what kind of beans--how much?

Thanks Fanny Mae - I think I'm going to get this half right.

Umm - well Bearlyhere, I use two cans of kidney beans, the bigger cans, about a pound of ground round, an onion, a couple of cloves of garlic, a can of crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, chilli pepper, a dash of worschester sauce, and molasses pours really slowly so twice around the pot.
Of course you fry the round beef, onion and garlic up first. I think that's it! Sometimes if it looks too runny I throw in a little tomato paste.

Not so foreign - Canadian and I better be careful in case Northern Rose is also. American father. And thank you all for being so welcoming,

Yup Canadian here. Why be careful? Have lived mostly north of 60 in Yukon, NWT and what is now known as Nunavut. But have also lived in Vancouver and Alberta.
Cause I said we Canucks can be odd

http://www.youtube.com/v/Vg-qxo9NP2M&hl=en&fs=1

You have to watch the whole video to get both songs. TIA JSM If no one votes , then I am going with Patton. Monkey Devil! TIA JSM

Not sure if you want my vote, but for me definitely Patton. Love it and definitely wanted to get out me wee kilt and march along with that - me thinks I heard a wee Scottie flair to it.
And JSM? MacArthur sounds like you might be putting your feet down to hard, what with a prior broken toe and all - just sayin' Monkey Devil!

I'm hogging the place here but with all the talk of cold cloths and ice - I use a frozen bag of peas, then just keep refreezing it.
Except one time I forgot which one it was and served it to some friends who were over for dinner - good thing they were very good friends.
Okay - nite all - bunky calling.

What happened to Jada did me in which is why I am in this thread.

Here is picture I took at the Yellowknife Snowking's festival. Still want to come up this way?

Heck yeah.I'd love it.It would be an adventure.

If you guys are interested I will put up some of what I consider boring images that I took all over up here. I have some strange ones of ice roads, old buildings, a whitehorse in Whitehorse, etc.

Someone asked what camera I have. I carry around a Casio Ex-s600 in my pocket. All of the images that I took that are posted have been taken with it. If I go on trips or am on a mission to take pictures I use a Nikon - not sure model would have to take out the camera case to check. I also have an old style Canon that I love but do not use a lot anymore.

I am that special someone you have been searching for.

Thanks for your answer.

I went over to the missing, endangered thread for a ten year old from Washington state, Lindsey Baum. When I saw the myspace page and the mood on it, which was posted today, even though the young girl has been missing since Friday night, I became ill. Sometimes I get feelings, I get scared from my feelings, and I'm going to bed now, because I'm very scared for this girl. I will pray for her, and hope I'm way wrong with my thoughts. I didn't mean to bring the mood down, everyone was having fun, I just had to say something, everybody in the house is busy, and are just half listening to my fears about this. Now I know why the family says I can take the fun out of things with a couple words

NORose, You have to go with your feelings. I am going to go to bed early again tonight. Before I do I will go look at her case. Pray NoRose, Pray. And I will too. an angelic monkey

I will pray as well.

Me too!!!

an angelic monkey

I was going to suggest peas as an ice bag--write on it in permanent magic marker (see above).
