  I was behind and just posted the same thing No Rose. I swear we think exactly alike. 

  Sometimes I sit and think about the strangest stuff  but I don't think he has teeth. I hope Josef made it through the noise last night. It would have been okay with the noise in the background, but a neighbor had to pull out a bunch of fireworks, it sounded like there was an explosion in our house, and needless to say, Zoe, even with pills, did not take to kindly to that  I hope there is no more of this tonight, but knowing this guy, who thinks he is a teenager will probably pull out some more this evening.

It's funny, but I have often wondered if he had any teeth.

Joe was fine once I gave him 1/2 of another pill. Poor Zoe. Can't you call the cops when he is shooting fireworks? Or does LE just blow it off. Shotguns are a pick part of 4th of July in the south part of my town. My brother said it sounded like Baghdad on Friday night.

I wonder who CP405 is, and why they will never come down from the rafters and talk to us. We won't bite, honestly!

NORTHERNROSE, your cat pics were hysterical. And no, Pres has not come home. He is basically an outdoor cat, and comes home when he feels like it. He has done this before, and then strolls in like nothing ever happened. I have tried to figure out how to put a web cam on him to see where he goes. It is a mystery sometimes. He has been gone a couple of days before, even with snow four feet deep. I like for him to be inside on a night like last night and on really cold nights. He is a big, muscular cat and is skittish around strangers. Yes, I am still worried, but I always am until he decides to come home. He is not usually hungry when he gets back, and looks no worse for wear. We sometimes think he might have a second home.

I am glad to see cp405 posted and showed us Nemo.

Fanny I hope the cat comes home soon. Now for the Bawrny Fwank comment, you took the words out of my mouth, but I am getting ready for Mass so I couldn't say it.

I know last year someone called the cops, but I'm sure they were busy with other things. I can never figure out why shooting a gun in the air is a good idea, the bullet has to go somewhere

Yeah a couple of years ago, a little boy in Dallas was shot when the bullet came down the ceiling and into his bed. I think he is paralyzed now.

Grumbles - sorry to hear about your building issues.  Glad you made it to the pub.  Your tomato.  Pinch off the top shoots to stop it from growing.  If you think it is cherry tomatoes than other shoots will try to take over the lead shoot and you just have to keep pinching them off.  If it is big tomatoes you can also start at the bottom of the stem closest to the dirt.  Pinch off the bottom two leaves and break off any shoots that are coming out of the ground beside the tomato.  Then working up the main stem, if there are new shoots coming out of the V where the leaf meets the stem break those off as well.  This will force the plants to put the energy into the fruit rather than growing.

Really appreciate it - googled it but as maybe you can tell - found it confusing or maybe it is just me confused the last couple of days. I love cake!  Daughter made a key lime pie yesterday.  She squeezed the fresh limes forever to get her cup of lime juice but well worth it!  For your tomato, when it is getting about 3 - 4 weeks before the end of growing season pinch off the top for sure to stop it from growing and force the tomatoes to grow - or when it gets big enough for your liking, whichever comes first.
