No Rose, IDK about the fashion designer aspect, as I don't know how to pursue it exactly. I got the impression that she was working on some sort of a freelance/project basis from home, which would be difficult to trace.

In this day and age, you'd think she'd have a Web site to drum up business, but who knows. Someone mentioned yesterday that D claimed a connection to a local shop (family connections?). When she was pressed about it, she claimed the situation had changed.

I can find that comment if you want.

Another possibly irrelevant issue--have any monks run into discrepancies about her educational background? It's another long shot, and a few more lies don't matter much now, but I'm still curious.

Here's a picture I took on my vacation last week.   This is the outer banks of NC - the ocean is across the street.   I made the pina coladas - and my girls dressed up the drinks.   Notice the monkey in the tree?

Truly a Gator, or just a fan who attended elsewhere post H.S. in the area? Also, which county was her dad sheriff of? I didn't see any FL sheriff's with 5 or more kids.

NoRose..I tried a long time ago to find her "business".  I searched everything possible and found nothing.  She led everyone to believe she had her own shop in the "old town" section (very ritzy).  Then one day she said that she actually worked out of a back room at her Aunt's specialty boutique. This was not too long after announcing her pregnancy and she was bragging about "hubs" wanting her to slow down.

I don't know which county her dad is a sheriff in, I think she said next county over. If she was truly a gator, I can't find it. Earlier years, yes I found.

Thanks.   The kids went a little overboard dressing them up.   Each drink had at least 3 decorations.

Community college. I wonder who her father really is? None of that ever made sense, she seemed to always have her little brother with her, had to pick him up from school a lot.

I guess I'd been trying to find out the "what" about the situation so I could try to understand the "why," if that makes sense. I can't understand why someone would behave this way. Maybe it's a lack of imagination on my part.

In any case, I'm dropping it for now (as I had vowed to do last night, until I got into the threads today). I'll sit back and wait for things to settle overall. And if I am proven wrong, I'll be asking for forgiveness over my suspicions.
