Lawyers for "nanny" Zenaida Gonzales have filed a motion blasting a private investigator who worked for both Casey Anthony's parents and defense attorney Jose Baez.

P.I. Dominic Casey(pictured) was a no show at a recent deposition scheduled by Gonzales's lawyers. He claimed information he received while working the case is privileged.

But lawyers for Gonzales strongly disagree saying in a four-page letter to the court that Dominic Casey is "misguided and misinformed."

They accuse him of skirting the real issues with an "unfounded personal attack" against their firm.

At a hearing in September, Gonzales's attorneys will ask a judge to hold the Mr. Casey in contempt of court for not showing at the deposition.

At the same hearing, lawyers will ask the judge to force Casey's father, mother and brother to answer tough questions in the civil case depositions.
In April, when George, Cindy and Lee were deposed, they refused to answer questions they said would affect Casey's criminal cases.

The hearing on these matters is set for September 9th at 3:15PM.

Oh for the love of Pete..I thought because the civil jusdge was out of town during June we would see this hearing in July..no now September...why the long wait? 

Maybe Morgan is postponing this hoping Casey's criminal suit for the check cashing goes to court first ..then they have some more questions for everyone..IDK

I wouldn't be planning my vacation around June if I were you. It will probably be later than that. Remember, this is Florida. They can't even get a hearing for a civil case done before September!!!!

  I let a dead squirrel lay at the edge of my yard this past week for the sole purpose of checking out the scent in this heat.(hubby was not happy)
Now a squirrel doesn't smell like a human,but you know I worked with what I had.  No way that man didn't smell something if he got close to Casey's car.
He either has damaged nerves that affect his sense of smell or He got cash shoved up his nose like A1 said. 

I think we're working on the wrong tangent. As I recall, the tow guy DID say the car stunk, he remembered cos he had to tow a guy's car who had committed suicide. I believe the part where he "says" he didn't smell anything is coming from Cindy, who marched her "persuasive" ass over to his shop, and ACCORDING TO CINDY, the guy said he didn't smell anything.

I'm sure this is all in some record somewhere, but today is a day I can barely remember my name, so can't reference it. Sorry bout that.

I believe that was the tow OWNER that said that about the smell of the car. Another time Spindy got off doing something. That is tampering with a witness, where I come from.

I really don't believe anything that comes out of the defense's mouth. She just said that so it would look like they are doing something besides pimping their new Baden book. (Which I will NOT buy or read, BTW.)
