OOPS..scratch that ..this guy was arrested in Feb 07 impersonating a cop.  The CC fraud charges came in late 08..which IDK if he served jail time for or just had to pay back money.  Either way..unless all the vics came forward on CC charges..it would be impossible to know how many CC fraud deals he did......

If this indeed happened, Ms Andrea is going to throw this in, look what her mother almost did to her. And frankly, maybe Cindy just couldn't anymore, I'm not sticking up for Cindy, but Cindy is the one that worked and appeared to keep things financially together, and then to have a loser husband and Casey, maybe it was building up.......

Could this be what Casey was referring to when during their first (I think) jail visit and Casey said, "Don't worry, I didn't say any thing"???

If it was, Skanky would have spilled it long ago. She hates Spindy. No, I think that statement goes much, much deeper that that. JMO

I am sure that it comes as no shock to anyone that Spindy had been in a mental hospital before. Especially her neighbors.

In this state, she could not practice because she has no continuing education credits. That may be why she was working in the office and not in a RN position.

Correct Turbo, she still cannot practice - she can work in an office capacity with no patient care.  She would have to catch up on State required credits in continuing education to provide nursing care.

No Rose- as much as I dislike Cindy I have to say I think I would have blown up long before she did- with a loser husband who can't keep a job , a daughter that lies incessantly and steals from you, an unplanned and lied about pregnancy - a full time stressful job that kept everyone else in comfort-  she had her plate full..

No it just means they have not audited her.
You are required to take so many CEU hrs per licensing period and then when you renew you license you have to declare that you have taken them. They then audit every so many returns for compliance. 
There are severe penalties for non compliance.

Regarding Cindy choking Casey: I don't think it was because of the stealing and the lying. Cindy has been putting up with that for years, why blow now? Why bring to the boiling point of choking her now? I believe it had to be a more devastating  reason. Something that either Caylee told her or Cindy figured out or KC spewed at her during the argument. What could have been the final push for Cindy to react like that??

Another thing I can't figure out for the life of me..... Why in the hell would LE allow Cindy or ANY family member for that matter touch evidence? Why wasn't that purse/wallet bagged and tagged immediately? Nobody should have been pawing through it, pulling out contents and taking money, saying "that's MINE". There is no way to know if that cash could have helped in some way compared to a receipt, etc. That was really wrong of LE and in the light of the Jon Bonet Ramsey case, I would think that LE would have had some training on what to do at a crime scene or "How to collect Evidence 101" class.

You are right Boo, Caylee probably said something that Father's day that finally made Cindy blow her top. It could have been something as simple as Mommy talks on the phone all the time, we ride around in the car all day, etc. Mundane things, but Cindy had enough and on top of that Cindy just saw her Father on Father's day and knew KC took $$$ from him on a fixed income. I am sorry, I hate CA, BUT I would have blown up like Krakatoa myself. JMO JSM
