Does anyone want to guess what Prof. Shaffer's opinion is on why the 31 days to report Caylee missing? I wish she would have spilled her guts on that

If someone tries to call her out on the spin, she cuts their mic.  Last lady just said, I see where this is going you are trying to lay groundwork to say the body is not caylee.  (pharaphrase)  and if Angle reads here:  Doing the kiss then kill is great, but you spent to much time on the kiss and MB saw where you were headed and killed your mic before you got it off - but Bravo for getting that much voice for Caylee in!

At the beginning of the show, Bart must have said "circumstantial case" five times. I have to admit I wanted to call and choke her thru the phone....but I refrained. 

I missed first 10 min - stupid neighbor and I am just too polite......... so, if anyone catches the audio posted anywhere - let me know, please!!!

The 1st 10 minutes wasn't really about the autopsy or Caylee....she talked about teaching after 20 yrs doing field work.....Bart wanted to know if she enjoyed teaching more, blah, blah, blah....you didn't miss much.

I was told by a friend, who knows a neighbor of the Anthonys, that Lee and Mallory were seen at the Ant's house this past weekend. She did not see George and Cindy's vehicles as the garage door was shut. Just thought I would pass that along as we were wondering where Lee has been lately.

Wonder what it says about Mallory?  Its says she is as nuts as the rest to them-really who in thier right mind with stay with the ANTS -Lee at the memorial CMA I am prould of the way you lived your life-she nuts

My opinion on this fiasco.... Michelle wanted to dispute parts of the report and Shelly Schaffer did not go along with her. She stuck to the facts.

Maybe these callers meant to change the subject on purpose so that Michelle did not get her way.

I doubt MB will be having another show on Caylee. 

Rule one in anything legal:  Know the answer before you ask the question.  Her expert hurt her agenda big time, you are correct.

What's Next For Casey Anthony?

New evidence is expected to be released within the next couple weeks, but Casey Anthony's first-degree murder trial will still be many months away.

By the end of this month, a spokeswoman for the State Attorney's Office said she plans to release more audio and videotaped evidence in the case.

Anthony's death penalty attorney Andrea Lyon is promising to file a motion to have the death penalty part of the case against Anthony thrown out before trial.

Also in question is the jail video of Anthony's emotional reaction to the news of a child's remains being found near her home. In one of his latest rulings, Judge Stan Strickland said the media does have a right to argue for the tape's release. No date has been set for that hearing.

Controversy has also surrounded the issue of moving the trial. Because of the unprecedented publicity, one veteran Orlando defense attorney said the trial will be moved to a different venue.

"I think it would be very difficult to get a fair trail in central Florida," Cheney Mason said.

A status hearing has been scheduled for the end of January. The trial will come some time after that. With all the investigation and preparation necessary for a death penalty case, Mason said the trial is still a long way off.

"I would suggest in the neighborhood of a year from now," Mason said.

Mason said the trial cost could go up a million dollars if they have to move it.

Well, I won't say that one of the three people they had didn't find her to begin with, but they dam*ed sure didn't report it to LE if they did. No wonder D Casey is hiding out in Putnam County.
