Thank you seeme,  I was one of the callers on BTR yesterday.  My fingers couldn't stop from calling.. I told MBarf, I could see what she was spinning, and where it was going (those were not Caylees bones).  How gullable do they think the public is. She clicked me right off.  Now this will be the new story line.......and also I heard her say not sure if its a male or female..

WELCOME       You could see this coming awhile ago, with the remains aren't Caylees. 

 

But what I can't figure out is how this would/could work. Makes no sense.

Is that why the scamathonys did not claim CAYLEE's remains! If they did they would not be able to run around saying it's not Caylee to cast doubt?!
Great "people". Forgo Caylee a resting place so you can defend her murderer.

Poor Caylee. They never deserved her. Maybe the State or county can claim Caylee's remains.

Attorney Files Motion To Keep Bounty Hunter Interviews Out Of Public Eye

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team filed a flurry of court papers Thursday afternoon.

In one of them, attorney Jose Baez is trying to keep more information out of the public eye.

Baez wants to keep police interviews of bounty hunter Leonard Padilla from being released. One of those employees is particularly important -- the woman who spent more than a week with Anthony when Padilla posted her bond last August.

Anthony is in the Orange County Jail. She is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off of Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home last December.

In the motion, Baez argues that Padilla and his staff were working for him last August when nephew Tony Padilla bailed Anthony out of jail so their statements to the police about what they heard from Anthony are privileged and should not be made public.

While she was out of jail and Caylee was still missing, Anthony allegedly blurted out, "They haven't even found the clothes she was wearing." In November, Padilla confirmed the statement.

"Everything's been a game to her...to lead us to believe the clothing was somewhere but not in the proximity of the body," Padilla said.

For more than a week, Padilla's employee Tracy McLaughlin essentially babysat Anthony in the Anthony home.

Padilla's employees routinely drove her to and from Baez's office. Padilla said Anthony was plenty chatty.

"She would drop little statements when she was being driven back when she was with Tracy," Padilla said.

What else Anthony may have told McLaughlin and other employees remains a mystery.

McLaughlin to this point has maintained a very low profile and turned multiple down interview requests.

Baez filed the motion now because the statements from Padilla and his employees were due to be part of an evidence release from the state attorney's office later this month.

Search For Toddler Began 1 Year Ago Thursday

ORLANDO, Fla. -- One year ago Thursday marks the first time the name Caylee Anthony was heard by most people.
Casey Anthony, then 22, was arrested on July 16, 2008, and charged with child neglect in the disappearance of her daughter Caylee. The same day, the story broke at local media outlets.

The day prior, Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, had called 911 to report the toddler missing. Cindy Anthony told the dispatcher she hadn't seen her 2-year-old granddaughter in a month.

At 4:11 a.m. on July 16, 2009, Detective Yuri Melich with the Orange County Sheriff's Department recorded a conversation with Casey Anthony, which took place in her parents' east Orange County home.

Melich suggested to Casey Anthony that she admit she was lying about leaving Caylee with a baby sitter name Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman who has never been found.

"If you're basically, if you're trying to fabricate a story to kind of make something look a little bit better, now is your time to tell me. Are you telling me that this is a story you want to stick with?" Melich asked Casey Anthony.

"That's the truth. It's the story I'm going to stick with. Yes," Casey Anthony said.

Later that morning, Casey Anthony led Melich to places she claimed the baby sitter had ties to. She then led him to Universal Studios, where she claimed to have a job, but then once inside the building she told him she left the job in 2005.

At 1:20 p.m., Casey Anthony participated in another recorded conversation, this time with Sgt. John Allen.

"We got all the way into the building, into the hallway out here before you finally say, "Well, I really don't have an office here.' But we were walking to your office, right?" Allen said.

Casey Anthony said yes, and when asked if it made sense to her, she told Allen, "I understand how all that sounds."

Melich said the story sounded like a lie.

"No more lies. No more bull coming out of your mouth. We've been very respectful. We're taking our time and talking to you, but we're tired of all the lies. No more lies. What happened to Caylee?" Melich said.

Casey Anthony told Melich repeatedly she did not know where Caylee was.

"I don't know where she is. That's the honest to God truth," Casey Anthony said.

She told investigators that Caylee was "the one thing in the world I love more than anything."

Based on the expert testimony the state attorney has assembled, prosecutors are prepared to argue that Caylee's body was already rotting in a swamp a few blocks from the Anthony family's home and that Casey Anthony dumped the body there after putting it in the trunk of her car.

Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive in December.

Motion Filed To Delay Casey's Check Fraud Trial

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Late Thursday afternoon, the defense in the case against Casey Anthony filed motions to delay Casey's check fraud trial and to keep Leonard Padilla from talking about their conversations while he was involved in Casey's case.

The defense also received 800 pages of documents, much of which focused on Casey's ex-fiancé, Jesse Grund.

The documents included Grund's personnel file from the Orlando Police Department and lab reports on evidence from Casey's car.

Casey Anthony is accused of killing her young daughter Caylee and dumping her remains near the Anthony family home.

She used to be my buddy jeffs nanny before she became mine.  Floating her storyline here-notice she uses the word someone.  If the Nanny had taken care of CAylee since birth and was close enough to be taking Caylee to Disneyland, the beach, all over creation-Casey would be describing her in more emotional terms reflecting her anger at Caylee's abduction (as in "a former friend, someone I thought I could trust, my so-called friend, etc.)

While at Universal, LE called Casey and put her on speakerphone. Casey confirmed she worked at Universal and provided LE with her office extension phone number. Universal Inv. Turtora said it was not a valid extension and even tried to call the number; no Tom Manley was employed at Universal, the events department boss’ name is Tom Mattson. Mr. Mattson was contacted and he confirmed they did not have a Casey Anthony listed as an employee at the present or in the past.

My comments in blue.  Sorry I don't know how to crop out the rest of the quote.  If you notice, in her initial call home from jail, these texts with Tony, and in all her jail visits with her parents, Casey exhibits a specific pattern of emotional manipulation.  It's consistently all about her, with Caylee (or "that girl") tacked on as an afterthought for good measure.  Whenever anyone starts pressing her for details, she reverts to the poor-me behavior.  Whenever anyone  talks about Caylee, she reverts to the "I'm such a bad mother-I'll never forgive myself-blah, blah, blah".  It's a ploy to get their sympathy, an effort to convince them she MUST love Caylee (see how upset she is), and she can't stand to hear Caylee getting the attention she wants. IMO  She follows that up with reciting the story she's rehearsed so it will appear she's cooperating.  However, when pressed for story details, the cycle starts all over again with poor-pity-me.  I'm not sure if LE wanted to strangle her or were nearly laughing at how transparent she actually she.

Baez and Co are in the coverup mode right now. They do not want the truth come out and they know that Lenny, Rob, and Tracey have got the goods. They have already given testimony to the LE and SA and Bozo sure doesn't want it to come out.

I  don't think it is anything it be alarmed about. I heard it was over a hundred pages of motions that he hurridly filed because the documents are about to be released. It is just some more of his stall tactics. It probably will be better written as the wilderbeast most likely penned them, or at least supervised by looking over Bozo's shoulder.

Of course they don't want the trial for the fraud and forgery to go on. She would be a felon at the time of sentencing for murder. Also, she would be moved to a prison not so convienient for Bozo and his ilk to visit. And not so lenient to him as the Orange County jail. I doubt if he would be allowed to make his "midnight" visits. Amy has a right to have her day in court against Casey, and I hope it goes on.

As for Tim Miller, he is just trying to *uck with him about the searches and requesting the names and such from the searchers. With NeJame on Tim's side, I don't think he will get very far. I think Strickland told him he would have to go to Texas courts to get what he wants, and I haven't seen anything that says he has done anything of the sort.

As far as Lenny not giving a depo, I am not sure. But I think there is something there that the SA wants to save for the murder trial, and Morgan is just giving them that courtesy.

I am no legal eagle, but this is just my take on things.

It appears Andrea's law students are much better then Baez'  ...but still it will be a reach to keep any info from reaching the public at this point..though they certainly get an A for effort...but they won't win this part of the case.  Florida law is much different then law in Illinois, Minnesota..wherever the hectic she is teaching now.

He will not want to have LENNY or his commrades appear for depo before he is finished with the A's.  The A's refused to answer some questions at the depo (which is a big nmistake, and became belligerant.  He has a court hearing in September before a judge to request the judge tell the A's you must answer all questions in the depo..you can't pick and choose.

TES records may be wanted to prove that Caylee's body was not there the entire time. But I'm sure that Tim and searchers never searched that area where she was found, first due to standing water and in November I think they search mainly where LE wanted them to search. Besides plant and bug findings show her body/skeleton was there and within the time frame from June on. Bozo wants to show that the body was put there while Casey was in jail, therefore she didn't commit the crime. He/they are reaching on this one. They know Casey is screwed and this is just more stall tactics, like Fanny stated.

ORLANDO -- Several new motions were filed by the defense that they hope will give Casey Anthony an advantage when the case eventually goes to trial.

One hundred and ten pages of motions were filed by Casey’s attorneys late Thursday afternoon.

Thursday marks one year from the time Casey first spent the night in a jail cell.

These motions are just one of the tools her lawyers are using to try and get her out of jail.

The motions cover three main areas.

    * The defense wants to delay the criminal check fraud trial
    * They want documents from Tim Miller and Texas EquuSearch
    * Jose Baez and team wants bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his associates to not be able to talk about their conversations with Casey Anthony.

Prosecutors in recent weeks have made a renewed push to try and get the check fraud charges heard in court soon.

According to the documents, Casey's defense team feels that it would take deserved attention away from the capital case.

The defense team also wants videos, photos, maps and charts. It’s everything that Texas EquuSearch has relating to their search for Caylee Anthony.

The judge denied a similar motion in late January.

But in the new motion, the defense is able to offer much more background and what they see as relevant information to try and get the judge to approve their request.

The defense also wants Casey’s conversations with Leonard Padilla and his team excluded from evidence all together.

The defense said any conversations Casey had with them are covered under attorney-client privilege.

Defense sources said Casey never made any incriminating statements to Padilla or his people.

But the defense doesn't want them on the witness stand or have any of their interviews released to the media

These motions are ridiculous. They want a change of venue for the check fraud charges. And since Amy has been reimbursed by the bank it can wait. But the best is that Casey has already spent a longer time in jail than what her sentence would be for this crime as a first time offender. Oh, and the state is the cause for the delay of a speedy trial.  This is definitely coming from Lyon.
