Desi, did you ever find that photo at Fusion? I know the one you are talking about and I haven't found it yet. What about it are you interested in, if I may ask?

Cool!  I'm glad you know the one I meant.  It's a large group, mostly the black-t-shirt DBC guys, taken from rather far away and IIRC from above.  It is staged differently than all the other group photos taken in the same VIP area at Fusian.  I wanted to see which of the two photographers, John Azzilonna or Teddy Pieper, is posing in the photo, and conversely which one took it.

These guys are both on the State’s witness list.

When the Fusian pics first surfaced, the two gave interviews to the media; they appeared on at least one national show:  John did most of the talking when they were featured on “On the Record” July 29.  He contradicted himself several times, regarding whether he knew Casey, or whether he was aware if any of the other people in the pictures knew Casey; whether he knew who Casey was with that night.

In the same interview, John says he knew Tony Lazzaro when they lived in New York together. So he surely knew who Casey was with that night! Plus, myspace and/or Facebook messages were exchanged between Casey and John Azzilonna a day or two after the blue-dress pics were taken.  I could swear I have seen earlier messages between them, but can't remember where.

I got this from my notes, copied long ago from either WS or InSession.  It said "myspace messages" -- but looks like Facebook to me.

Anyway, once they appeared on TV, the two photographers immediately hired a lawyer, and later stalled and avoided OCSO investigators who were trying to obtain the pictures they had taken of Casey at Fusian in June.  Investigators eventually got the pictures, of course.  Yuri had been prepared to have the FBI go knocking on their doors, according to an OCSO report filed by investigator Dillon, who works with Melich.

One or both of these guys took photos at Fusian on at least three Friday nights in June:  the 6th, the 13th, and the 20th.  Casey wore two different black dresses the first two Fridays, then the famous blue dress with boots on the 20th.

Investigator Dillon eventually tracked down Azzilonna and made a surprise visit to his home.  Azzilonna agreed to cooperate, and made a CD of his photos while Dillon breathed over his shoulder.  But there were other pics taken by Teddy Pieper, who I assume also ended up cooperating, and I just want to see which is which, whose are whose.

No, haven't found that photo. I was recently revisiting Casey's Photobucket images and as I reviewed the WS thread on that topic, recalled that a couple of months ago I had clicked on a link there and seen that Fusian picture.  Now I can't find it, naturally!  I hope someone else can.  It's not that important, just bugging me!  lol

Did I not read somewhere that one of the photographers was involved in picture taking for Porn in Miami and was possibly involved in some pictures that were taken of Casey? I am speaking of the "cigar" type pic that we saw that some think was Skanky. IIRC

Desi, I have been looking for the group Fusion pic you are looking for. Of course I haven't found it, but you said there was a white guy not wearing a black t-shirt. So I have been looking at John Azzilano's flicker pages and under the Fusion II set there is a pic of John and Teddy. I do remember the pic you speak of but not the details of who all was in it. Does this look familiar to you as what the white guy was wearing?

Yeah, Tupelo, I found the pic of the two guys, in jazzilona's album, and I've seen a lot of pics of both of them hobnobbing about at Fusian, but just can't recall which one is in that group photo... just that he wasn't wearing a black t-shirt, so he stood out.  Thank you so much for looking.  I think I gave up.. though I know it's out there somewhere!  Okay, now I'm really, REALLY gone, as in log out, shut down PC gone.

Re Cleveland Clinic photos- -
Well, I keep saying this and I'm sure it's getting repetitive, but honestly-
Is there no limit to how disgusting and self promoting this hideous family can be?   

I agree WO...they were in Warren, OH and posed for photos with Trumbull County Sheriff.  They are from the Warren/Niles area and there are 2 hospitals here...but not as prestigious as Cleveland Clinic!  They weren't about to "share" their bears at no-name facilities in Warren when they could take advantage of the Cleveland Clinic name and catch their flight home all in the same hour.........I really can't stand these people.

Sorry to just pop in but, is it me or does this look like the caylee sunshine doll logo?   I think it even says caylee below the sunshine.  This is from the pictures at the hospital............... can we say tacky?   Makes you wonder if cindy is behind the doll or just that stupid to wear something that so closely represents a greedy company trying to make money off this poor child.



I hope this zoomed shot works - forgot how to post pics, maybe.  So if it doesn't can someone post a zoom of the necklace in the blue shirt at the hospital.
