Casey Anthony defense attorney, Jose Baez, has filed a motion for a protective order that bars privileged testimony of Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla, Tony Padilla, Tracy McLaughlin and Robert Dick. Padilla and his nephew posted a $500,000 bond to bail Casey out of jail last summer.

I doubt it was JB that had written it and I doubt that he even read it.  Lyon's is driving the train and her students are doing all the writing.  JB just signs so he can write his book later.  JMO

Interresting that way back in July 2008 Baez was worried about this:

That certainly flies in the face of Bozo's little cameo with Holly Bristow the other day where he claimed he had no idea how big this case was going to be. He played Holly like a fiddle, it was a fluff piece. She never pressured him in the least or asked him any hard questions. Bozo was planning already to have the case turn into a circus, with him as the ringmaster and being fixed for life. I cannot wait for the bottom drop out of his plans, and leaves him in a heap covered up by the crap he has directed and produced. And I meant that in the nicest way possible.

Interesting points made by you ISPY. I think Amy deserves her day in court and I think she is owed a lot more than reimbursment of funds. That already happened anyway, but there was much more injury to her. She deserves to sit there and stare Skanky down as she testifies against her, but Skanky will take the easy way out, IMO. She will plead guilty, and hope for a plea down for sentencing. If she does that, I wish the judge would let Amy come up and sit next to him on the bench so Amy can look into her face. Not that I think that will happen, but that would be something on my wish list.

My other wish would be that someway, any profits that Bozo has finagled around for himself, telling Skanky they will be hers when he gets her off, would be given to Amy as a specified settlement for her other problems and pain. That one won't happen either, but it is still on my wish list.

There are so many people already smeared by the defense and by Skanky's evil acts. What will ever make it up to Jessie, or any other of her friends that have been drug through this and put under the microscope? Even Krunk and Zanieda. I could go on and on. How do these people ever get their pain and suffering paid back?

Lenny is tough and smart. He maybe had his own motives in this when he bailed her out the first time, but the evilness turned around on him to bite him. I guess I undestand the cowboy mentality. She will rue the day Skanky ever disrespected him.

This has been a long post, so I will finish to say TUPELOHONEY, your post was interesting too. It only magnifies the horror of the way that Caylee died. I wish I could feel that she had an easy death, and didn't know what happened to her. But this was a rage killing, and Skanky wanted Caylee to suffer. I am sorry to say that I feel this way, but I do.    All of the above, is of course, JMO.

A friend of mine recently did some research on premature synostosis, a finding in Caylee's autopsy report.

Premature synostosis of the sagittal suture usually associated with

A.scaphocephaly
B.increased intracranial pressure
C.microcephaly
D.hydrocephalus
E.subdural effusions

When she looked up the meanings of A, C, D and E, they most likely did not apply to Caylee. However the info on B, increased intacranial pressure may apply.

Re increased intracranial pressure and suffocation (IF she died from the duct tape suffocating her)....I found an interesting article on the relation between drowning and suffocation.

"Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death in the United States. The victim dies by suffocation from submersion in a liquid medium. Although suffocation most commonly results from aspiration of fresh or salt water into the lungs, about 10 percent to 20 percent of victims experience laryngospasm with subsequent glottic closure followed by asphyxiation. Near-drowning is defined as recovery after submersion. Victims are typically children or adolescents."

"..........Damage causes cerebral edema (brain swelling) and may lead to increased intracranial pressure."

After the autopsy report came out, a few days later I read the sentence about the sagittal sutures and premature synosotosis to a radiologist. He didn't know a thing about the case or what I was talking about, but he said "it sounds like the kid was abused or took a spill on it's head". I posted it back then. Just thought I would let you know what he said. JSM

Thank you for posting this Fanny, I haven't had the courage to go back and look for a link.  With it just sitting there ready to play, I couldn't stop myself.  I wonder what the jury's reaction to it will be?  I am so sad about how long justice is taking for Caylee.  I am relieved to be here with you all waiting though, waiting alone would be so much worse.

Yes, now I do remember your post on that. Just knowing that Caylee had duct tape on her and the speculation of her drowning, which are both causes of suffocation, it just seemed to relate to the circumstances. Of course all any of us can do is give opinions, this was just a different aspect to what may have caused that finding.

Thank you TupeloHoney for the articles. I especially got a hoot out of "the petite mother" part. She might have been then. 

And I especially like Professor Law's comments about the "spilling the guts on the sidewalk." Yes, a person like Skanky Pants should not exist and procreate. There should be stop-gaps to prevent this from happening. But I think there was nothing that was going to stop this God-awful act from happening unless you could go back at least one generation and change it.

 Evil, is evil. It is what it is. There isn't a counselor, psychiatrist, medication, or treatment that would have helped Skanky Pants or the Anthony's. I have compassion for people where it is due. I usually err on the side of being human and trying to decide what makes people do what they do and listen to my heart. I cross that line a long time ago in what I have decided about the whole dam*ed bunch. They have done absolutely nothing to change my mind, except to dig my heels deeper in the sand.

We are here for you Caylee.

DESI, I just noticed in the video that was shown on HLN the day that Casey was arrested for murder and was in Baez's office during the press conference that she still had on that shamrock "spinner" ring. First time I had noticed that.   

That is interesting indeed, Fanny.  Thanks for passing along that little tidbit.

Hmm... was this special ring in its usual position on her left middle finger?  Hmm... did she make sure to raise that particular hand up to "wipe a tear" while the live TV cameras were zooming in for a closeup?  Hmm...  (and no, I'm not humming!  I'm pondering...)

Oh, and btw, ANJ was right about Casey saying "I know in my heart she's not far.  I can feel it."  The clip from one of the jail visits was on a youtube video posted yesterday or day before, here in the cage.

Oh Desi, thanks for that info - I was wondering if my memory was going.  She said the same thing several ways and sindy likes the know in my heart expression too, but I honestly thought that cassey had said it that way. 
Are subliminal messages okay? LOL  I do capitalize names I respect! hehe?
