Sherri and Dennis Milstead, founders of Kid Finders Network, learned it first-hand. After the Milsteads volunteered in Caylee's case and featured her photo on their mobile billboard, the couple received harsh criticism.

"We took such a beating from the case in Orlando, it really put a hurting on us," Sherri Milstead said. "We're still being trashed over it."

Today the Milsteads' billboards are parked. Kid Finders, she said, doesn't have any money.

Several months after Caylee was reported missing, her family organized a foundation in her name.

Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, said they launched their nonprofit to help families understand their rights and provide them with information on the resources available to them.

"We basically had to figure out on our own what to do," the Anthonys said via an e-mailed statement. "There is so much going on that they do not know what to do or who to trust. We had no idea what community resources were available to us, or what our rights were."

The Anthonys' goal is to help families get emotional, financial and spiritual help.

I bet KC's fingerprints are on the duct tape!    I can't wait to see all the evidence against her at the trial!    Justice for Caylee!     

I agree.  I reallly believbe KC fingerprints are on that tape.  There is just know way she is smart enough to use gloves before ripping the tape nor using scissors.

This I think is why the prosecution is so convinced of their case evidence.

Well, in Palm Beach County - go to the official records.. the Milsteads house was foreclosed on. Funny there is a Bernard Rosenbloom lien holder who is affiliated with Sapir Corporation, 12659 Majestic Circle, Boynton Beach, Fl. There was a balloon mortgage.. Read the documents very interesting. The one i'm looking at is Records Book 17787, Page 1249 and you can look it all up.
There are a few mortgages and very few satisfactions.

Then the Milsteads filed an emergency motion which was denied by the judge in Palm Beach County to delay the auction of the property because the Milsteads were filing bankrupcy.

It is my thought that the Milsteads put all their eggs into the Kids Finders Basket which protects them from bankrupcy is that possible?

They owe everyone and this bankrupcy would dismiss the TON of judgements against them. It's been stated they like to buy and not pay.

I think this is something that should be forwarded on and some research done on this... So here is your heads up.

We have added some great new features to the show to freshen the event... so we had to make a few cut-backs.
Several businesses/companies were cut-out.

According to documents file last week, indicates that Casey paid back the money she STOLE. I am unaware of this, as I am unsure it is the bank she needs to pay! Casey wrote checks out of Amy’s account and those checks were returned unpaid. I am not sure that this will cover ANY of the fraud charges. I didn’t know that you could steal money and then pay it back, just to get the charges dropped?  Maybe she shouldn’t have stole the money in the first place!  Baez is not claiming the check and did not say if Casey sent the check. Not sure whose account she wrote the check out of, so check your checking account! The bank cannot comment, nor was Amy Huizenga’s attorney available for comment!

She is still charged with:

Charge/Court Case Number: Fraud. Use Of Personal Ident. Information~4 counts
Grand Theft 3rd Degree >$300 (scheme)
Forgery Of A Check~5 counts
Uttering A Forged Check~3 counts

ITA Monkey with Class!! It wasn't just that they found Caylee's remains, with no way to determine the cause of death, that brought the DP back into play, IMO.

Just want to throw this out there....I work in the Financial Services Industry (i.e. "broker-monkey") and managed an insurance office at one time.  It would be highly irregular for an insurance company to underwrite a life insurance contract on a small child in any significant amount.  Additionally, if the beneficiary (or beneficiaries) were charged or suspected of murder, the insurance company would NEVER pay out until all suspicions, or allegations had been cleared.    Just my opinion...

Thanks for keeping me posted with what's happening in Palm Beach County. I spoke to the state attorney's office yesterday. I heard there is a big chunk of documents that are going to be released soon. I'm expecting something to be released next week. The spokesperson has to go through the stuff first and I know she is working on it.
