That was short and sweet. Is this for the sidebar in the holding room, or a sidebar at the bench? If you know, that is. 

Good question Fanny! It does say sidebar and I think they called it incamera when they left the court room, and that discussion, incamera, was to find out how Casey was paying the defense. So I'm guessing it is for the sidebar at the bench.

Here's a trip down memory lane...

"We want to find Caylee," Anthony family attorney Jose Baez said. "I have had in-depth and long conversations with my client and she has asked to help cooperate. She wants to cooperate."

Baez would not say what it is that he learned that leads him to believe that a release could help lead to Caylee's return, Local 6's Tony Pipitone reported.

Baez also described Anthony's situation in jail during a Monday news conference.

"They have put her in a situation that is very difficult -- extremely difficult," Baez said. "They've put a psych hold on her where she has been stripped of her bedding. Her underwear has been taken from her. <<<eewwww>>>She is in a cell in protective custody. All she has is basically a blanket in a small room."

Baez will ask Circuit Judge Stan Strickland to grant bond.

I didn't think Skanky owned any underwear. Judging from her behaviour, it would seem unnecessary and wasted motion to get it off so often.

UGH!  Maybe they will eventually get them in connection with their stupid fraudation.  I agree on the forensics issue.  This will make the OJ' trial look like kids play.  Fortunately, some of the participants on the defense have tarnished their reputations since then.  I really hope the prosecution can get around all the BS about to be thrown at them.  I can't see the jury getting past the 31 days though.

I am sure it will be a forensics case, and jurors are a lot smarter than  in the OJ days in that regard. And forensics has come a long way. So much more they know and can show.

Your Houston attorney's opinion was just that, another opinion. I am still grounded in the belief, and I pray every day that the Anthony's will be prosecuted. Evil will devour them in the end, anyway. I'd just like to be around when it happens. JMO

Yes, I stated it was just his opinion based on his background. I was NOT trying to change your or anyone's minds or your opinions or belief's.

I so hope the Anthonys will be prosecuted, but judging from the past inaction by LE in this regard, I sadly think your friend is correct and correct for the reasons he stated.  But I'd love to see George in handcuffs.  Better yet, handcuffed to Cindy.  Would that be cruel and unusual punishment?

Hi Monkeys!  Came here for a quick break, to catch up with my awesome Monkey friends and see if any docs had been dumped...

It is touching that Caylee has so many dear, devoted friends.  I am moved by the efforts of the Monkeys who are staying "in the game" for Caylee, even when things are slow.  Thank you so much for tracking down reports and info, and for posting it all here for us to keep up with... it means a lot.

As for the request from the State for the March sidebar transcript, ICBW, but I'm thinking that Baez's recent motion gave them what they needed to go after that.  Baez stupidly included in his motion (to suppress Lenny's statements/testimony) that goofball agreement that he had Lenny sign.  In the agreement, there is verbiage prohibiting Lenny from profiting from Casey's "story" -- hence we have Baez apparently in control of that story.  And he just handed that to the State on a silver platter by including the agreement in his motion.  IMO.

It's true what has been mentioned by several Monkeys and others.  The State in this case seems to be calm, cool, and collected.  They are proceeding with deadly determination and don't seem to be ruffled by anything that comes along.  Surely they do have something solid, something totally irrefutable, to nail Casey to the wall.  The State stands firm and quietly, while Baez and company rail and cavail and twist in the wind, flapping and squawking.  Hope I'm seeing this right.  I'm thinking the case against our Caylee's killer will end with justice.

Life insurance?  I believe that if the A's had a significant life insurance policy on Caylee, we would have heard some hint of that already.  And I agree that even if they did, it would not have paid out one single penny yet... Beneficiaries have to be cleared of wrongdoing IIRC, before they can receive any payout...

The Milsteads:  We have been saying all along that evildoers and scammers will get what is coming to them in the end.  Maybe the end is beginning for these creeps.  For Caylee's sake, we hope so.  Interesting that their web links aren't working.

ISpy, bless your heart, you have it as bad as I do.  The forensics section in the library, oh yeah!  Please let us know what you sleuth out about handwriting comparisons... We'll be waiting.

Desi-Brilliant, simply brilliant!  Excellent catch!  I think you hit the nail on the head.  IMO,it would not surprise me if the State Attorney's office and Leonard didn't perfectly execute this little coup de grace together-with Leonard appearing on Nancy Grace and dancing all around Casey's comments to Tracy and refuting Baez's "agreement" statements-all designed to provoke a Baez blunder. Or perhaps Leonard was merely stringing Baez along with just enough rope-Bounty hunters are very good at what they do after all, setting traps and catching their prey.

Desi- I never would have dreamed in my lifetime I'd be "studying" Forensic Science and handwriting analysis in my spare time.  LOL!  I took it with me today running errands b/c I knew I'd have waiting time.  I was so engrossed in reading it, as it applies to Caylee's case, that I forgot where I was.  It was a little embarrassing explaining my emphatic "Yes!"(accompanied with pumping fist winning motion) to the other people waiting also.  It was either explain as best as I could or have them think me totally crazy.  They were nice-they humored me.  LOL!

Hello again monkeys, I just watched the video again that Fanny Mae posted regarding the hearing and I am going to just drop in my thoughts for those interested…

Video number 1,.. I noticed at about 1:54, as Judge Stickland was “speaking” to the BHW, that BOZO suddenly tilted his head and squinted up his eyes as was listening VERY intently to everything BHW said, then he mumbled something to her and as they moved on and he started to look REALLY uncomfortable as if he could not get up fast enough to explain the “two” retainer agreements that he had,.. he kept saying that the new one “proceeded” the old one, but that he seems to have “miss placed” the old one, ..mmm

Video number 2, I noticed that around 5 minutes that if BHW had of tilted her head more to try to listen to what they were saying (at the sidebar) she would have fallen off her chair…

Mmm,,, just an observation…
