No idea if this is true but here is a bit about the Ohio trip:

6-21-2009 this father’s day George Anthony sucked up his feelings this day and kept it in that his only daughter is on death trial and granddaughter is dead. Well it is reported the Anthony’s were in Ohio on Caylee’s anniversary death with family enjoying themselves and why they were not seen at the vigils while Lee did a drive by.

Both no longer in his reach, thank goodness it was sunny on father’s day in Florida and I mean Ohio or his sunshine would have been taken away two times.

Remember at the memorial he associated Caylee as his sunshine and on the Fathers day video last year was the last sighting of Caylee singing this very song.

Casey Anthony Trial Pushed To Next Year
She's Accused In The Death Of Her Daughter Caylee
Prosecutors Plan To Seek The Death Penalty

The trial of an Orlando mother accused of killing her daughter has been pushed forward to next year.

Tuesday a judge granted a request to move the trial from October, 2009 to some time in the summer of 2010. No specific date was announced.

Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. The child's remains were found in a wooded area less than a mile from her home nearly five months after she disappeared. Casey Anthony, who maintains the girl was kidnapped by a babysitter, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

State prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty in this case.

Don't really mind this as long as Casey is behind bars and the trial is justice for Caylee.

I just want to point out that Jan 2010 is not so good for Andrea either.  Her book is due out in Jan 2010 and I am sure this nasty DP trial will not fit in with her book signing and media tour to pimp it.  On the other hand, moving the trial to coincide with the book release could also be a very calculated tactical move so that she can piggy back off of the trial to get a media tour going and pimp her book just like LKL and MR LKB just did (learning from the co-council?) Maybe she has plans to hire a bus and take the whole lot of them on a magical mystery ride with Judge Stan the Man Ito as the conductor while Andrea drives the bus?

I went looking for miss amazon piggys oh so busy(teaching hahaha)schedule and saw she is teaching 3 classes,1 mon. 1 tues. 1 wed.  4:00 to 5:30 each day.Real busy lady right?

I could be wrong Northern but here's my take and I'm slow too so someone else probably will post before me.  lol.  This was yesterday's status hearing. 

1. Record of atty (probably AL)
2. Filing of court minutes (by the recorder)
3. Hearing on the status (where the picked the Jan 2010 pretrial date)
4. You understand
5. Slore was allowed to waive her right to appear.

I'm praying the Cleveland Clinic makes them take this down!  I'll keep you all posted if I get anything else.
