Defense lawyer Richard Hornsby said the agreements are worthless because Florida statutes do not allow attorneys and bail bondsmen to enter in to those types of confidentiality arrangements.

"Jose Baez should have never had a reasonable expectation that anything she said would be confidential or fall under the attorney client privilege and that's a big problem," Hornsby said. "He should have advised her right away -- don't say anything to anybody."

While his employees were in close contact with Casey, Padilla has said she made some potentially damaging statements. While she was out of jail and Caylee was still missing, Anthony allegedly blurted out, "They haven't even found the clothes she was wearing." In November, Padilla confirmed the statement.

Casey was "yapping" all the time.

Padilla said he told her "I didn't leave my chihuahua 3,000 miles away to come here and babysit you." He wanted her to tell him what happened to Caylee because he thought at the time she would tell him, and they would go get her back.

When he didn't believe the Blanchard Park story, she told him to "Get out of my house."

DESI, I just noticed in the video that was shown on HLN the day that Casey was arrested for murder and was in Baez's office during the press conference that she still had on that shamrock "spinner" ring. First time I had noticed that.

I figured lazy Baez would have written an agreement which virtually says nothing more then they are not working for him or paid by him..or Casey.  In other words, Lenny was picking up his own tab..Baez had the $$$ in his eyes then..he bascially didn't want anyone else getting dibs on books and movies.  After reading Exhibit A..Lenny really can do whatever he wants with what he has gotten....Baez has n standing here.

In the agreement on the past page it does say that they were not allowed(or aloud lol)to record or film casey while she was out on bond and they all signed that agreement.

That is interesting indeed, Fanny.  Thanks for passing along that little tidbit.

Hmm... was this special ring in its usual position on her left middle finger?  Hmm... did she make sure to raise that particular hand up to "wipe a tear" while the live TV cameras were zooming in for a closeup?  Hmm...  (and no, I'm not humming!  I'm pondering...)

Oh, and btw, ANJ was right about Casey saying "I know in my heart she's not far.  I can feel it."  The clip from one of the jail visits was on a youtube video posted yesterday or day before, here in the cage.

Oh well... maybe there is a loophole, or maybe the agreement will not be considered binding, right?

Plus Lenny is an Attorney- he knows full well what is priveleged information and what is not and he has discussed Casey 'at home' a great deal on the NG show.  Baez can file all the motions he wants- what else does he have to do anyway...
