In the light of the charges laid in the Anna Nicole Smith case against the two doctors
and Howard Stern, you can bet these " doctors " are very afraid. All of his doctors.
..
When we hear about the size of his pharmacy bill, we were led by the media to assume it was for mind altering drugs. If he was being treated for lupus or other physical ailments, those drugs are really expensive. Up here, I know of someone whose one prescription for cancer ( chemo drug ) was $ 60,000.00. We have a drug plan at work and she only had to pay the co insured portion of 20 %, but she had to pay the full amount up front, then put in for the reimbursement.  Yikes.

That's awful. I'm assuming some of the drugs were for legitimate reasons. I also read xanax and zoloft. I'm curious how much pain meds were found. You bet those doctors are running scared.

They found him!

The father of Michael Jackson's children Prince and Paris is none other than Jackson's L.A.-based dermatologist and Rowe's former boss, Arnold Klein.

"He is the dad," one of many sources tells Us Weekly. "He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth."

Rowe also claimed that she carried his children as a personal favor, "I said, 'Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me.'"

Rowe and Jackson met when she was a nurse's assistant in the 80's.
(No Katherine and Joe Jackson don't live together. Joe lives in Vegas, Katherine in Encino.)

Well, well, well....and that Debbie is not the bio mother....WHO is the mother?

These poor, poor children..

To quote Cappucino "This is just too muckin fuch to deal with"!

And we will probably know. Might take a while, but the information will become public if there are ever charges or an inquest. Or the info might come out in lawsuits when everyone and their dog presents an unpaid bill for something to the Estate.
..
In the 2005 ? trial there was a seizure of drugs from the ranch. Oxman mentioned it.

So he owns 1/2 of the ranch along with the real estate company. The original gate is where I don't know because I saw it in an auction catalogue. He bought it for 18 Mil, he owed 24 mil on it when the deal was made and he didn't have the 12 that they wanted. Even with the saving of having no land line in the house in Bel Air.
It had been renamed the Sycamore Valley Ranch, its former name.

It's hard to believe that I could be stunned by anything else around MJ, but that he never formally adopted any of his 3 children surprises me.  I, myself, would have surely made sure they were legally my children if I wanted to be a parent as badly as he said he did.  Especially, with Debbie and MJ, neither one of them being a bio parent.

Wow, just wow!

I read that the authorities are now looking at Klein, another of MJ's doctors AND who I read in this forum is the bio dad...hmmm....wouldn't surprise me if Klein goes after the kids and the estate for the kids, too!

On Diane Dimond's site, she thinks that TMZ reporting that Debbie Rowe is not the bio mother is in error.

Neverland Reps: Watch Out, Santa Barbara
Posted Jun 30th 2009 4:57PM by TMZ Staff

The part owners of Neverland Ranch have released a letter to the residents of Santa Barbara, warning of the impending madness that will engulf the county if a public viewing of MJ's body occurs later this week.

The letter -- sent by a rep for Colony Capital, LLC -- calls Neverland a "temporary sanctuary" for Michael Jackson fans who "will come, with or without permission or an invitation."

The doc also addresses Neverland's dark past by saying, "As we all know, the impressions left by Michael's last interaction with Santa Barbara County were not positive." But it goes on to say, "Michael was accused, tried and acquitted in our county and found innocent on all counts."

http://www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/0630_barrak.pdf    The entire letter

A public warning, seriously?  Understandably, some are going to feel inconvenienced by traffic be it by vehicle and/or pedestrian, but I can't imagine why anyone would even remotely think that as huge as this entertainer was that his funeral would be small and convenient, its just unrealistic.  Why on earth would this Joanne Lessner of Owen Blicksilver Public Relations have felt it was necessary to mention allegations and that he was found innocent of all charges in a letter addressing him laying in wake at what was his home & vision, Neverland - regardless that there are shared owners now.   Look in all fairness, there were many sick children & their families that benefited from the joy that compound brought them (no Im not talking about allegations) by Michael's generosity.   He also gave back to that direct community in more personal ways to the residents as they themselves reported, I bet 100 fold to this Joanne Lessner.  Maybe she should have also included his over 300 million in charity he gave personally to over 39 charities around the world if she wanted to be fair & balanced in the name of "community hospitality."   Im sorry but I fail to see the necessity of bringing this up in an open letter to the community...like duh who doesnt know this or since when has it stopped being discussed.   All I am saying is, if they are offering courtesies and respect you'd think that would be expected regardless of how some may feel in the public despite his not guilty verdicts, a letter regarding his wake seems a rather inappropriate time to regurgitate it.   PS I hardly care if this woman is a horse rancher or anything else for that matter, what the H was that about, she made it all too obvious she has an agenda.   Maybe, just maybe she and others are making too much of what is to be expected Friday, Neverland isnt like around the corner from LA & it is a holiday weekend, there might be a smaller crowd than anticipated.   More business people setting up for what they will sue his estate for in the days to years to come.  Jesus, there are years to come for vultures to pick what is left...extending hospitality would be to give him his departure in death to be recognized for what he did accomplish both in the industry & for charity then let him be put to rest.

I call it like I see it & I try to be well-rounded in thought & fair.  His estate will be in litigation for years & some of us will follow it, some will look at just the headlines but eventually even his saga will fade with the level of coverage we are seeing the past few days, no matter who it is it always does.   Ah, a penny for all my thoughts LOL..for whatever they are actually worth.

We all suspected he was not the Bio-Dad.
Cappy, I have been to the sewer called TMZ and read the some of the comments. Alot of hatred towards him because of the charges.
And quite a few gossipy allegations about his sexuality.
I don't really want to repeat some of it here. Don't want to dirty up this place.
The family is best to get this over with and have their private service and retreat to their world they live in. It will die down. It is not 24 / 7 all the time and there is nothing in my local paper.
..
With Anna Nicole, I was so obsessed and I think it had something to do with that beautiful baby and the evil Howard.

Concrete Evidence Found at Neverland
Posted Jun 30th 2009 5:39PM by TMZ Staff

A shipment of concrete was just delivered to the Neverland Ranch.

We saw the concrete truck drive onto the property. A rep from the construction company told us they got a call today for 32,000 pounds of the hard stuff -- for what, we're not sure ... but it's certainly interesting ...

I was over there during the ANS saga, I was very concerned for the baby & it was pure filth then too...we probably crossed paths many a night.   I don't read the comments anymore because quite frankly those types of opinions whether I agree with the general thought or not are worthless when they are expressed with pure hate & crudeness beyond reason.

I can understand how people are very concerned about what he was accused of.  I cannot say I havent had the same concerns & delibrated over what is fact & fiction, its still very troubling to me nor am I discounting it after his death.   As far as his sexuality, well I'll leave it at I really don't care about that aspect of someone's personal life so long as it doesnt directly effect me or mine in a negative manner or harms others in a misguided fashion,  its not my business.

Looking at the pictures of him in rehearsal on June 23rd, he doesnt same as frail as other times he's been like during the trial.  He seemed jovial & active enough that it seems in conflict with what transpired 2 days later.  He's thin but he looks to be more about 120 not 108 as some reported. goodness not that extra 12 pounds doesnt make him rail thin.    So many questions, some will never be answered Im afraid.

Michael's Will -- Katherine Should Get Custody
Posted Jun 30th 2009 8:11PM by TMZ Staff

There are reports that Michael Jackson's will says the singer wanted his mom, Katherine, to get custody and wanted assets to be placed in trust.

The will, according to the AP, lists Jackson's lawyer, John Branca, and John McClain, a music exec, as executors.

The will has not been filed with the court.

As for custody -- the will does matter, but ultimately the decision on who gets custody is in the hands of the judge.

It will go on longer than a week. Forever. Let there be lawyers !
The slicker and slipperier the better.
Larry King Live, Nancy Grace, Nanny Grace, Miko & Tito.
Everyone in the Jackson family has four lawyers. The children need lawyers. Oh, Gloria Alred will file a motion on behalf of the children. Octomom will sue MJ for knocking her off the airwaves. A new tort law will be written : Alienation of media time.
Jon and Kate are pouting in separate houses. What about their kids. They need air time too !

Report: Jackson Public Viewing Set For Friday
Attorney Also Reportedly Says Will Has Been Found

POSTED: 11:03 am MST June 30, 2009
UPDATED: 11:42 am MST June 30, 2009
Michael Jackson's body will return to his Neverland Ranch for a public viewing on Friday, CNN has reported.

His body will return on Thursday morning, and a private memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, according to CNN.

Also, CNN reported that Jackson family lawyer Londell McMillan said that a will left behind by Jackson has been found. The will was reportedly written in 2002.

The singer's hometown of Gary, Ind., reportedly has asked the Jackson family to send him there, according to the mayor's spokeswoman, Lalosa Burns.

Open?   Seriously?   OK so an escort entourage to return him to Neverland Thursday, the public viewing Friday, the private memorial Sunday and that should conclude the funeral?  Then court Monday, wow.

Jackson's body to be on public view starting Friday
Michael Jackson's body will be moved by motorcade to his sprawling Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara County on Thursday for a sort of lying-in-state period where friends, family and fans can pay their respects until funeral plans are finalized, media reports said Tuesday.
Visitors will be allowed to see the body on Friday and a private memorial service for family only will be held Sunday, the reports said, citing unnamed law enforcement sources preparing to handle traffic tie-ups from a 30-car motorcade.

Capt. David Sadecki of the Santa Barbara County Fire Dept., confirmed that county fire and sheriff's officials and the California Highway Patrol met Tuesday to discuss handling a motorcade to Neverland bearing Jackson's body. However, there was no official confirmation of the family's plans.
