I pray she wins this hearing and Jr gets some counseling I can't imagine what he has been through

IM....Im 99% sure he will, thats one of the things the court is really good about, getting a chlld that has been strained in some way counseling, they almost always make sure the chi9ld getys it so yea, Im pretty sure they will rule in Crystals favor this time.....

All I heard, and this is just what I heard through the grapevine and I have no link to verify, but there was a meeting with family members and I heard the search never got underway because of some kind of problem with Ron, or something he didnt agree with, I dont know , kinda weird,  I do hope they will continue to try to get it together and go ahead and search somewhere....anywhere..........some thing needs to happen, God Bless Haleigh.

Thanks......I thought you might have heard thru the grapevine. FYI, my check STILL hasn't been cashed and I sure hope it's not because Crystal thinks if she does people will think she's profiting off of HaLeigh's disappearance. I sent it for her to buy toys for Jr, Chloe etc, or to use as she sees fit. I read what she posted on her myspace about missing Haleigh and it hit me hard as my daughter had such a breakdown last night I thought I was going to have to take her to the hospital, I can't eben imagine NOT knowing and also knowing that her babies were left with an incompetent 16 yr old.............that would send me way over the top. At least we know Eli is with his heavenly Father and she surely has thoughts every now and then about the "what ifs", and IIRC Tim Miller even said he felt relief from finding Laura instead of the constant unknown. More money for jail

Sheriff Jeff Hardy is asking Putnam County commissioners for 29 more employees as well as a modular building to deal with chronic jail overcrowding.

In the request, made last week in a written report by jail director Maj. John Griffin, commissioners also were told the jail has violated state jail rules since double bunking was begun more than a decade ago.

Jail employees have �persevered for several years holding together an aging facility that is in serious disrepair to house inmates far exceeding the maximum operational capacity,� the report says. �For 22 years, there have been no increases in the personnel assigned to this department.�

But Hardy�s request may have come too late for this budget year, commissioners said Monday.

I am so sorry to hear your daughter is going thru a rough time, and as her mother I know your heart is breaking for her....it does not matter what age our children are they are still our babies...and to see them hurting makes us feel helpless,cause we always want to fix it for them and some things we just can not do,
I will pray for your family God can do what we can not.

You guys have never left my prayers. I know she may not think so now, but it will get easier with time - it took me a couple of years to be able to talk about Glen without breaking up. Time is amazing in its ability to heal our hurts. Not to say she will ever forget - it just becomes part of you - like a scar. Always there just not an open wound anymore.

my God how much longer is the  silence going to go on, Misty needs to talk, she needs to go back down to the Station and clear herself, for HaLeighs sake, get her back in the publics eyes if she really dont know what happened, this is rediculous, Misty holds the key. well someone needs to make her go use it and find HaLeigh....

I don't think Misty is going to talk, I think she would have by now. I wonder what the disagreement was with Ron, and why there was no search, where were they going to search?

A very nice lady sent me this last night. It somehow struck a chord with me.
Many of us here on this board have problems and issues right now.
We discuss these missing persons and yet, we are human too and are subject to what life deals us.
Island, my daughter lost a baby last year and she is still getting over it.
I think we do not get over these things or find closure, just find a way to go on living.
She has the support of family as your daughter does.

I usually leave the prayer things to others, but like I said, I felt a bit comforted last night when I read this and wanted to share with the hope that anyone else who reads this could find a bit of comfort if only for a moment or two today.
