I don't think Misty is going to talk, I think she would have by now. I wonder what the disagreement was with Ron, and why there was no search, where were they going to search?

Im not sure where the search was going to be or if they had made it that far in the plans, I wouldreally like to know why anyone would be apposed to searching for any reason, what could it hurt?,,,,,,I wouldnt care if they wanted to search inside the nearest convenience store if they were looking for my daughter I just wouldnt care and nothing could make me not want them too, I also do not think Misty is gonna talk, well not without a good reason too, I really think they should arrest her for child endangerment, she has admitted already that she was out partyin and tired and running on no sleep, I wish they could just do that on those admissions alone and just see what would happen then....

I don't understand this either, child endangerment you would think could be used against her, but I think it was child endangerment for Ron to let Misty watch his two small children. And I also would take any help I could get to help in searching if it was my child.

Report: Misty Cummings 'Miserably Failed' Polygraph

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- First Coast News has learned that Misty Cummings has failed three recent tests related to the search for her missing five-year-old step-daughter.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office has said as recently as two weeks ago that Misty's account of the night in February when the then-5-year-old girl disappeared is "sketchy," and that she "continues to hold important answers."

Today, First Coast News spoke with Tim Miller, from Texas Equusearch, a group that has already led a major search effort to find Haleigh.

Miller says Haleigh's family contacted him to help in the case, and that Misty told him she wanted a chance to clear her name.

She asked about another polygraph, hypnosis and voice analysis.

Miller says Misty wanted to take the tests even though her attorney advised her not to.

In a signed letter, Misty stated her attorney, Robert Field, told her not to take the polygraph, but she wanted to anyway to clear her name.

Miller says Misty agreed to take hypnosis and voice analysis as well.

Miller says she "failed miserably" the polygraph examination, and "did not cooperate" with the hypnosis.

Misty's attorney, Robert Fields, spoke to First Coast News, saying he believes Misty was pressured into taking the tests.

Sheriff's investigators have interviewed Misty many times, and continue to say her story is full of "inconsistencies."

Ronald Cummings spoke with First Coast News via phone only long enough to say he didn't have anything to say.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office says they have been made aware of the tests and the results, and are surprised she put herself through them.

Haleigh's sixth birthday was earlier this month.

Now with this knowledge, though I'm sure the family knew it before today, if they continue like they have been, then there is no doubt in my mind that people are protecting each other. It will be interesting to see what path is now taken......

I'm with you on that, and if she's covering (which is MO) then let her sit there and think about it for a bit. No matter what Jr needs to be outta there like yesterday, Ron picked an irresponsible 16 yr old drugged out ****** to watch over the most precious assets and for that he is accountable no matter what.
