TES only searches for deceased bodies, right?

TES searches for missing people. They want to bring home the missing no matter what the circumstances.

I think it's great that there is a new search. I had my doubts about Mark in the beginning of the Caylee case but found greater respect for him after he resigned when they wanted to go on TV and lie about the new "sighting" of Caylee at the mall.

He also stepped up and offered to represent TES. Him and Tim clearly respect each other, even if the Anthony's did not. Mark also donated the 6 grand retainer paid to him by NLHF to represent the Anthony's to reward Roy Krunk. (the guy that located baby Caylee)

I am thrilled that there is a new search going to happen. I hope TES is able to find Haleigh and bring her home. I will be praying for them and little HaleighBug.

Texas EquuSearch, Orlando Lawyer To Help Search for Haleigh

More help in hopes of finding Haleigh Cummings might be on the way. High profile Orlando defense attorney Mark Nejame and Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller announced Friday they will be helping in the search for a missing Putnam County girl.
NeJame tells FOX 35 WOFL-TV he was contacted by the family of Haleigh Cummings to help them locate her and then reached out to Miller to also help the Cummings family search for missing five-year-old Haleigh Cumming.
Putnam County Sheriff Investigators say Haleigh was kidnapped early on February 10th. The last person to see her was her father's girlfriend, now wife, Misty Croslin, who placed the 911 call alerting police to Haleigh's disappearance.
Though authorities still have no suspect(s) in the case, police say the Cummings case is not yet cold. A gathering of various law enforcement agencies on June 5 determined that there are still leads to follow up on. If you have any information on Haleigh's disappearance, please call 911.
Earlier reports regarding the possibility of the return of Texas EquuSearch to the Haleigh case drew angry and disappointed responses from some family members who firmly believe that Haleigh is still alive.
(I wonder who the family members were that gave angry and disappointed responses, and if and why they have changed their minds?)

Vigils, balloons set to mark Haleigh's birthday

Ribbons, candles and balloons will commemorate the sixth birthday of Haleigh Cummings beginning this weekend.

On Sunday, the First Baptist Church of Welaka will be holding a function at 3 p.m. to pray for the safe return of Haleigh, who has been missing since February.

"Everybody's invited," Annette Sykes, Haleigh's fraternal grandmother, said. "There will be prayers for Haleigh and candles to light her way home."

Red and purple ribbons will be passed out to show support for the 5-year-old, and a small balloon release will take place.

A balloon release on a larger scale will take place on Monday at 2:16 p.m. to signify Haleigh's time of birth, which was 2:16 a.m., Aug. 17.

Supporters are asked to release purple and red balloons at that time from wherever they are.

Purple and red are Haleigh's favorite colors.

The family requests pictures to be taken of the balloons at each release and uploaded to a Web site to display each participant's different location.

Organizers asked that fliers with Haleigh's picture and information be placed inside each balloon or taped to the outside in order to distribute her information wherever the balloon goes.

"The main thing is you don't know where the balloons will go, but wherever they land people will find Haleigh's picture on fliers," Melanie Wells, owner of Flowers by Melanie, said. "It's a very nice and thoughtful thing to do."

A woman from California placed an order for 100 balloons to be released by the flower shop, and mailed 100 fliers to be taped to the outside.

Wells said they will be released from outside the store at 2:16 p.m.

For environmental purposes, balloons will not have strings attached to them, and are made of biodegradable latex, she said.

Haleigh was reported missing from her Satsuma home at 3:27 a.m. on Feb 10, and no trace of her has been found despite massive searches.

Anthonys’ Ex-Attorney Joins Search For Haleigh

ORLANDO -- Mark NeJame, a high-profile Orlando attorney who once represented the grandparents of Caylee Anthony, said he is now joining the search for missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings.

NeJame said he and the nonprofit group Texas EquuSearch are joining forces to help the family of the missing Putnam County girl believed to have been kidnapped from her home in February.

The attorney said he was contacted by Haleigh’s relatives to help find her, and he reached out to EquuSearch to come back to Florida to help with the search.

NeJame and EquuSearch founder Tim Miller are planning to reveal more details about their plans at a news conference Monday.

NeJame represented George and Cindy Anthony during much of the search for their granddaughter. He resigned Nov. 20, 2008, because of what he called “difference of opinion.”

He has since represented Miller and EquuSearch in court proceedings in the case against Casey Anthony, who is charged with her daughter’s murder.

A $35,000 reward remains in place for a tip leading to Haleigh’s return.
