How long will it take Misty to file charges on her dad and brother? She will back Ron, she is not going to back her family, imo.

I dont think Misty can file any charges, I think since Ronald already had thats the end of it.........I can bet you that if they check the phone records it will prove that Misty did call her family to come get her.....then lied because Ronald was there and when they called back out of concern, she told the, not to come ....everything was fine.....I wonder what is next.....something will certainly come down because of all this...

Yes, and I hope one of the things is Jr being put in a safer home, but I doubt it.

Wonder what money was used to post bail considering they aren't working as far as I know.  Sad but expected.

PALATKA, Fla. -- The father of a missing Putnam County girl was bonded out of jail by his wife on Thursday.

Ronald Cummings was arrested and booked into the Putnam County Jail on a charge of burglary with assault or battery. He made a first appearance in court and bond was set at $12,504.

Cummings is accused of beating up his wife Misty Croslin's father during a fight at the Cummings' home.

Neither jail officials nor officials with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office would provide further details.

Haleigh was reported missing from her home in Satsuma in February, and no trace of the girl was been found. A $35,000 reward remains available for her return.

The Department of Children and Families closed an abuse investigation into Cummings last month and found no evidence against him in his daughter's disappearance.

Cummings and Croslin both agreed to complete parenting classes.
