That didn't work.   

WESH is reporting right now that Tom Luka has resigned as Lee's atty.

I'm not buying that Luka is resigning because Lee no longer needs representation.   Something happened, imo.   

This won't be the last we see of Lee.Luka maybe,but not Lee.

This tells me Lee lied through his teeth and told some tall tales yesterday. Evidently, he forgot which lie was the truth.

Oh, and I forgot to add my thought on these depos, I have the feeling that the reason that ALL attorney's were at the depos is because if they are there to "hear them" then they will not need to request the transcripts so we will not know what went on there, and I really think that BOZO and Conman really DO NOT want us to know what went on or what was said....imo

The only hope I think we will have is if Morgan and Morgan ask for them!

 

Good posts,  PROTECT THE LITTLE BABIES. Your analysis of Jesse's personel files was spot on. Jesse was hard on his own self, and did not take it out on others. He was trusting, and that's where Skanky got him hooked. He cannot even defend himself right now. It is not in his nature. It is a good thing that he has a papa bear for a dad.

Now we have to figure out what it is that happened.   Was Luka working for free?   Did Lee lie to Luka and the lies came out yesterday  -  which made Luka mad and therefore he resigned?   Is Luka in trouble for something we don't know?   hmmm.  So many questions, imo.

Outside the Orange County Courthouse Baez was on the defensive a single document among more than 1,000 released on Thursday. It is a laundry list of items his spokeswoman said they took from the Anthony home in September, such as books, baby toys, puzzle pieces and Spiderman toothbrush.

I wonder if these things that Bozo was holding since September were some of the things that would have been taken during the LE's search warrants in December, had they been there? They seem like some of the things that LE would have wanted, and I don't see how Bozo can say he wasn't witholding evidence, especially since he wasn't forthcoming until March.

I wonder, do they look into the eyes of their own children, nieces, nephews, or even grandchildren and see the innocent eyes of Caylee and feel just the slightest prickle of remorse and shame?

The attorney for Casey Anthony's brother reports his representation is no longer needed in the case.

Thomas Luka said he was retained to help protect Lee Anthony's rights while detectives investigated the death of his niece, Caylee Marie, whose remains were found in December in woods less than a mile from her family home.

The two-year-old's mother, Casey Anthony , is charged with first-degree murder in the toddler's death.

Prosecutors questioned Lee Anthony under oath Thursday at the State Attorney's Office. Luka said they finished interviewing Anthony and dont' need him to answer anymore questions.

Therefore, Luka's role in the case has come to an end, he said. If something comes up and Lee Anthony needs an attorney again, Luka would return.

He may help Lee Anthony in the civil case against his sister. Attorneys for the woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation may want Lee Anthony and his family to answer questions they initially balked out during their depositions.
