There are those that think with time we will forget. I came to the blogs because of CAYLEE. I had never posted before or heard of such a thing until her disappearance. It has taken a personal toll on many of us. But we are here. We will always be here. We will not forget Caylee and the horrible thing that happened to her. I came here for the little girl what brung me. I will be steadfast as long as I draw a breath. I know that you and so many others feel the same way. Rest in peace Caylee. We are here.

I wonder how many other lives and reputations will be ruined before the trial is over?

 I wonder who else will have their character in the crosshairs of the defense machine?

I wonder how many good intentions will be turned into something sinister?

I wonder who is going about their life and are unsuspecting about what their own life might be turned into by this bunch?

 I wonder how low they will really go to get their "girl" off?

 I wonder how much "dirt" they have been able to dig up on anyone but Skanky?

I wonder how much more money the Anthonys and their minions will be able to drag in?

 I wonder how many people are in dispair about the total neglect that a little child named Caylee who lay rotting in the swamp this time last year, and the focus has always been, and always will be on Casey?

I wonder if there is one single person on the defense team that lays awake at night and stares at the ceiling and thinks about Caylee, and what she must have gone through?

I wonder, do they look into the eyes of their own children, nieces, nephews, or even grandchildren and see the innocent eyes of Caylee and feel just the slightest prickle of remorse and shame?

In watching the videos of little Caylee, she stole my heart as well as many others. I thought she had hung the moon.. and you know what? I do believe she is up there helping to hang the moon and stars for us. I hear only the special ones, Gods hand picked angels get those special jobs, after all, look in the sky at night and see the beauty, only a special angel could make such a beautiful,breathtaking mural.

I'm hoping tomorrow we find out more info about Lee's lawyer, something is up with this.

Good morning Monkeys.

I've been lurking the past few days.  The doc dump was a farce.  I  read only a few pages of Jesse's info because I think it was only done to clear him..since the defense is trying to pin it on him..and I felt like it wasn't any of my business.

Casey has not only murdered her only child, she has ruined the lives of countless friends.  Poor Amy who thought she was her friend, was robbed by Casey and now dragged through the mud of this case.  Same for Jesse and all the friends involved. 

Now Lee's attorney has resigned..because Lee no longer needs an attorney?  When the trial comes he will...so sumpin is up there.  Luka has either had enough or Lee told him to take a hike and will be using Conway in the future.

Would really like to know why these depos take so long..could it be the Chatty Cathy nature of the family..no body seems to be able to give the facts, just the facts.  And the more elaborate the lie..the more info to remember.  I think they are hanging themselves and their daughter during these depos.  I bet George's does not take as long..yet he has some explaining to do.

Conway should have prepared the Anthonys for the depositions, although I'm glad he didn't.  Prior to being deposed in a civil case, my lawyer ask me what kind of car I drove.  I told him make, model, year, etc.  He said that all I needed to say was the make, not my life history.  If Conway had told the Anthonys this, they would be in less trouble and would have gotten through the depositions much faster.  It's a good thing to remember to say only yes or no if you can.  Of course these megalomaniacs have to be the center of everything, so they, especially Cindy, babble on.

My lawyer did not prepare me for depositions, but rather allowed me to learn in the line of fire, so to say.  At the first depo she watched how I answered, and at the first break, told me to simply answer the questions with yes or no, or if needed, use the MINIMUM number of words in a very short statement of explanation.  It sure makes it easier to say yes or no. 

The first deposition from the defendants was four long days.  Most of the questions were dupliates or triplicates, or previous questions asked in a different way.  No telling how many days it would be with long answers.  The answer to those questions is a simple statement that the question was previously answered, or simply "asked and answered".  I swear that these days of depositioning were days of harassment for the purpose of harassment, to test how long I could go before breaking down.  Viewed that way, the depos were maddening, otherwise a breeze.  I felt like a virtual prisoner for four long days when I had many other things to do, like work for an employer quite angry about my absence, hence the subpena.  The defendants attempted to appear as legitimate, but many times during the depo my lawyer threatened calling the judge.  The defendants were themselves lawyers, ones known for telling the newspaper (on another matter) that each of their cases is like "going to war".

I'm hoping tomorrow we find out more info about Lee's lawyer, something is up with this. 

I am so with you, No rose.  'use' immunity is what the da gives to everyone...you can't be made to imcriminate yourself....courtesy of our 5th ammendment.  So why doesn't Lee need an attorney anymore?  And he 'spilled his guts'??  Makes no sense to me at all.
