I think they will go to court, they haven't been in the news and desperately need to get their CMA "Foundation" some publicity. George will do his song and dance after court, and beg for money.  Monkey Devil! JMO JSM

George and Cindy Anthony may be back in court.

The State Attorney's office is slated to ask Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland to force the Anthonys to produce information for the state's case against their daughter, Casey Anthony, according to spokespersons for the State Attorney's office and the court.

A hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. Friday.

The Anthonys have been asked to produce information for the state but have not done so, the spokespersons said.

Brad Conway, lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony, said the couple simply hasn't been able to provide the documents in the time frame prosecutors wanted.

"The Anthonys have no problem providing the documentation the state has requested," Conway said.

Conway said the Anthonys are going to give the documents to prosecutors and he does not expect there to even be a hearing on the matter tomorrow.

"We're in the process of turning them over," he said.

It's unclear what the documents entail. Conway, reached by phone this afternoon, wouldn't give any clues.

"I can't say," he said. "It's not something that I can comment on."

The State Attorney's Office also wouldn't say.

Casey Anthony is being held in the Orange County Jail under an indictment for first-degree murder in the death of daughter Caylee Marie Anthony. The state is seeking the death penalty in the case.

Casey Anthony will not attend Friday's hearing.

As much as I'd like to see them struggling in court tomorrow, I think you're right, Karma.    They will produce the documents before court and avoid getting reprimanded by the Judge, imo.

Wonder if the JC Penney statement that CA was so reluctant to release, will be among those documents.  Whatever they are it's something incriminating and they know it, otherwise why the resistance....

It has to be more the JCP reciepts. It would be too easy for LE to get those directly, like the cell phone records. It is surely something they did not want to voluntarily turn over. JMO

What do you think the odds are of the Scamthony's turning over the docs tomorrow? Now if I were a betting gal I wouldn't put a bent penny on that one. I for one would love to see them held in contempt of court, after all they have been contemptuous of everyone and everything for long enough....

I'm with you! I don't think everything requested will be accounted for.

I'd love to see the State produce some e-mails from Cindy during the timeframe she claims her computer was down.....
