Tell me I don't see a Caylee Bear peeking out of the top on Spindy's purse....

Good golly, this picture is the most sickening picture of her I've seen yet.  How can anyone smile a year later after losing someone they were suppose to love?  After my daughter passed it took me four-five years just to feel I deserved to have a life again.  I felt guilty if I enjoyed life knowing my daughter was dead.  I don't say that for sympathy, it's just a fact of life...look at Madeline McClallens (sp) mother.  To see her today, she does not smile or even pretend to smile and I think she even made the same comment in an interview...how can she enjoy herself when her daughter is missing.  I think the A's are glad (in a mental sort of way) that they no longer have to deal directly with Casey (she's gone in their minds and no more stealing money from them or worry about her) and no more worrying about Caylee or having to babysit or spend money on her.  Talk about spite b*tch.  This picture of Cindy tells the whole story of their family dianamtics if you ask me.  Like mother, like daughter.

Cindy Anthony, mother of accused murderer Casey Anthony, will be back in court on Wednesday at 9 a.m. Casey's father George will be questioned by state prosecutors in the afternoon and brother Lee is scheduled for questioning on Thursday.

A source close to the case tells FOX 35 that said all three are listed as witnesses for the prosecution. Last week, the Anthony's had to turn over information to the State Attorney's Office. They did so before they were scheduled to go in front the judge. The murder case against Casey was supposed to start in October, but that has been pushed back to next year at the earliest.

Cindy Anthony was back today for a second day of questioning by prosecutors.

WFTV-Channel 9 reported at noon that George Anthony could be questioned later today.

They are the parents of Casey Anthony, who is accused of the murder of her daughter, Caylee.

"It's unclear how long Cindy will be questioned," WFTV's tireless Kathi Belich said. "We're told that she will be questioned again this afternoon. But a source tells Channel 9 that when prosecutors are done with Cindy, George will also be questioned under oath. Both of them have changed their stories a number of times."

The public might not learn what the Anthonys said until possibly the trial, Belich said, unless either side asked for a transcript that would become public record.

Cindy Anthony was deposed for nearly four years yesterday. WFTV anchor Barbara West reminded viewers that Channel 9 was the only station there to record Anthony's movements when the depositions started.

So that is why bozo was there yesterday, he wanted to know what cin-cin said but didn't want to request transcripts and have them released via Sunshine Laws.

I assume the "four years" was a typo, I hope it felt like four years to spindy.

Oh dear Lord in Heaven - it sure looks like it.  I can't even imagine what the SA guys think seeing that red heart around sindy's neck.  Maybe they see it as a noose that will sink her for her involvement in covering for her mother of the year, skank daughter.   I can't seem to be able to get the pics from their site to play with them or even zoom, so are you getting them with screen capture? 
Has anyone found a cremation jewelry in a red heart that looks like this? 
I don't see miss joy around anywhere - wonder if she will show up in footage stalking them today or tomorrow.

Doesn’t the person escorting her look like they are an official vs a friend? And do they always do the depo’s at the court house? And is she legally allowed to tape record a deposition?
No, she is not allowed to record it on her own, and that there was a courthouse deputy, whom a birdie told me she had a choice to appear at her deposition, or be held on contempt and taken into custody by the nice lady with the badge.

Good afternoon, Monkeykins,   I hope that one of the SAs says the word REMAINS to George and watches him have a hissy fit. His bizarre facial and body motions are so entertaining.  One hardly knows which part he will move next.  In fact, I hope he is asked what pieces of jewelry he and Cindy wear which hold bits of what was left of Caylee's REMAINS.

Those two are the most ridiculous people in the world, IMO.  They are stupid if they think their dramatics will prevent their being asked tough questions.  (I hope  not.)

Oh, it'll happen, for sure!  And it will certainly count against them.  During my divorce hearing (which took a staggering three days!!) my ex smirked and acted all grandiose.  My divorce decree actually mentions the fact that the "parties' demeanors" in court affected the outcome of the settlement and custody!

That confirms it for me! I didn't think that Spindy was paying a courtesy visit to the courthouse! Spindy did pull away from her "escort" when she put her hand on her back.

Cindy Anthony Being Questioned Again By State

Cindy was at the courthouse again with her lawyer, Brad Conway, and Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, after answering questions for nearly four hours on Tuesday. There are a lot of issues the Anthonys have not been questioned about under oath since Caylee's remains were found down the street from their house in December, including evidence taken from their house that investigators say match evidence found with Caylee in the woods.

It's unclear how long Cindy will be questioned, but a source told Eyewitness News that when prosecutors are done with Cindy, George will also be questioned under oath. Both have changed their stories a number of times when talking to investigators, to the media and even under oath for the Zenaida Gonzalez civil suit.

Even though there was a video camera rolling during the deposition in the defamation lawsuit case, there are no cameras rolling for the depositions for the murder case and, unless one of the lawyers asks for a transcript, the public might not learn what the Anthonys told prosecutors until the trial, which isn't expected to happen until sometime in 2010.
