ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Another long day for Casey Anthony’s mother Cindy Wednesday as lawyers spent hours grilling her about her daughter Casey and the death of her granddaughter Caylee.

It’s been more than a year since the murder of Caylee Anthony. Her mother, Casey, is charged with killing her. Cindy, George and Lee Anthony are all listed as state witnesses in the murder case against Casey Anthony.

The depositions are the state's chance to see what the Anthony’s will say at trial. Wednesday afternoon FOX 35 asked Casey’s attorney Jose Baez if he thinks these depositions will hurt Casey’s defense. George Anthony already testified before the grand jury that indicted his daughter on first degree murder charges. When asked what the state was asking Casey’s family Baez wouldn't reveal much. “It’s respectful and dignified. The state is doing what lawyers should be doing.”

Cindy was deposed all day long Wednesday and George Anthony is also scheduled to be deposed. Lee Anthony’s deposition is scheduled to take place on Thursday.

Now see! Yesterday was unexpected! Spindy was rushed in by a deputy and Conman and Bozo came rushing in afterwards. Today, Spindy has to push Conman in. He seemed to get in just fine by himself yesterday. I guess she was told to be there, or else the deputy would be back out to get her.   

It's absurd that he doesn't use a battery power chair ...

Why I am hung up on the sandbox, is because of the bag of sand that was found at Caylee's remains site. I feel that Caylee was stored inside that sandbox, maybe even with more sand on top. It would be damp and cool there if it were not directly in the sun, especially if it were wet. You can see a moveable unbrella on a stand in the pictures.

After she was removed, the sand could have been cleaned out and fresh sand could have been placed inside with new toys, as seen in the picture of the search warrant. I can't get past that sand box without in intake of breath. Spindy and George could have certainly taken care of that little problem like they did everything else in the coverup.

I do not believe a word coming from the mouths of these proven liars.

I really think the toys that were with Caylee were the ones thrown in the woods with the clothes and Father's Day balloon. The ones in the sandbox were probably newly bought. But that is just me.

Spindy put a grocery bag to be scanned going thru security yesterday. Looks like it had at least a bottle of pillls. (prescription) No doubt she whipped it out as her excuse for the many story/script changes.....or the State asked her to bring it in for other reasons. Interesting that she had it and other items separate from her purse.

I thought I saw pill bottles, too, yesterday.  It might explain her some of her behavior...nope, don't think so.  That would mean everyone in the Anthony menage, as well as their bizarro attorneys, were taking the same thing.  Unless it's koolaid in those bottles....

Okay, had it on pause - just watching it now, Natissia (sp) Lance - the Nancy Grace Producer just said due to cindy going into today that georgie will be next week and lee tomorrow.  She said she spoke with lee's attorney and he confirmed tomorrow morning.

This is coming from a man that is coming to court in a wrinkled patron shirt and a permanent smirk and sneer on his face. He is also a man that couldn't write a well word motion if his life depended on it. So now he is an expert on what the states attorney ought to be doing! I wonder if he remembers what was going on in his office, six hours a day last summer and fall?? Is that respectful and dignified and what a defense attorney should be doing?? And now they are crying for more time to  go to court. Wasted days and wasted nights!! I think they made a song out of that.
