I don't think that is a Caylee Bear in her purse.

I think it is a case for her fancy-schmancy sunglasses. (Or perhaps something else.)

But I don't think it is a Caylee Bear.

I agree Brandi.  I'm thinking it's a sub sandwich.  Probably taking it home to George for dinner!  Got a question.  When George had one of his interviews with police (day he got sick in the office), why was he trying to avoid Lee knowing he was there?  Were Lee and Cindy thinking he was going to tell the truth?  Interested to know what you all think!

Back to what is in Spindy's purse, when my kids were little we had toys for them that the features were printed on the fabric, the face, the ears and eyes. They were stuffed, but not furry so the babies could put them in their mouths. Not having young grandkids anymore, I don't know if they are still around, but that is what it looks like to me. Some kind of stuffed toy. JMO

I think there are/have been a lot of secrets between the Anthonys. I think Lee knew some things, and I think George knew some things, and I think Skanky knew some thing, and I think Spindy knew everything. That is why I think George was skulking around. Also, I think Lee was coming in that day for an interview with the SO and he didn't want to bump into him. IIRC

That purse had a really deep pocket. Why would a glasses case be hanging so far out of it?? It looks staged.

In a series of images from either today or yesterday, you can see her taking the case out of her purse and putting on the sunglasses as she come out of the building. I am quite sure that is what this mystery item is.

But not sure it is worth speculating over still. And I surely don't want to sound like I am arguing. Wink

Video with Conway answering a few questiosn as he is getting pushed.

Lee starts tomorrow at 9:00am tomorrow.  Where is George?

http://www.myfoxorlando.com/dpp/news/anthony_case/072909cindy_anthony_deposition

At the Hawaii Motel?

I think George wore out his welcome there last time.

I have often thought the same thing!! why is conway being pushed. ya wouldnt think cindy would be that patient with him. I wonder at least not a battery operated chair the hov around kind.
=========================================
Battery powered chairs/scooters are for people who are unable use their muscles, or who have lung or heart disease that disables them.  To many, it's a difficult decision to go power.  Brad has excellent use of his upper body.  Using the manual wheelchair gives him a needed workout.  There are even aerobic exercises and exercises with weights for those confined to wheelchairs.  It's important to stay fit even in a wheelchair.

I'm sure you are right STARZYE. It just seems that if Conman has to go to the courthouse and seemingly has to park so far away from the building, he would have a motorized chair to help him get around down there. That is a workout for the most fit people. He also seems to have some breathing problems, so if he had to talk a lot, it seems like he would save his lungs for that. I saw him have to stop a news presser one day out front because he couldn't seem to catch his breath. I do not, however, give him a pass for being a good guy, just because he is in a wheelchair. I still think he is a bottom feeder. JMO

Now see! Yesterday was unexpected! Spindy was rushed in by a deputy and Conman and Bozo came rushing in afterwards. Today, Spindy has to push Conman in. He seemed to get in just fine by himself yesterday. I guess she was told to be there, or else the deputy would be back out to get her.

It's absurd that he doesn't use a battery power chair ...

He probably does, except when he is likely to be photgraphed. He's among the people I think are liars and bottom feeders.

Exploiting & milking it for all it's worth;  Didn't I read a long time ago that he was the attorney who litigated George's disability claim for him and that is how they chose Conway for this ???

No, that was Kelley, Spindy's supposed live-in boyfriend before Caylee came up missing.

Conway is using his wheelchair under his own steam and is doing what wheelchair-users do.  He is after all getting his needed exercise.  I certainly do not believe he is trying to fool people or pulling a pity ploy.  It's only those people who cannot self power their personal mobility device (chair or scooter) who use battery power.  If Cindy insists on pushing the chair, well that is her decision.  Those who cannot self-power have conditions like severe heart or lung disease, or disorders that affect the muscle such as multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, etc.  People with disabilities want to be independent.  It is rare to find a disabled person attempting to find pity.  I myself have a battery powered personal mobility device- - - it was a hard but necessary decision.  I would be horrified if anyone ever felt that I was attempting to garner pity.  Brad is doing his job, even though he is employed by the Anthonys.

I apologize to you if you think that I am attacking anyone in a wheelchair. That is very far from the way that I feel. I am sure that you have good reason for you to use a motorized chair. I have a problem with my back and sometimes walking and can foresee the day when I may have to do the same. My husband was in a wheelchair for a long time after his stroke. It was not motorized. I did not mean to offend you.  an angelic monkey

I still think Brad Conway is a bloodsucker and a bottom feeder. That opinion of him would not change if he was walking into court on his own two feet. He did not have to take the Anthony's case. He chose to do so, and was not forced to do it. The Anthonys do not have Caylee's best interest at heart. Every day that passes, only makes him look worse. He could/should have bailed a long time ago. He has chosen not to. Even Mark Nejame could see the writing on the wall. JMO

HLN is talking about Cindy and the State right now.  Pam Bondi was not sure if Conway would be allowed in the room.  Baez can take notes and ask questions.  SA will have Morgan's depos that Cindy is so combative in.

My question, where is Andrea?  Why would SHE not be in the room as the lead attorney in who is DP qualified in a DP case?  Can this come back to help Casey when  she is convicted that she did not receive qualified/suitable legal representation?
Today is Wednesday. Only Thursdays and Fridays are good for Lyon. Unless of course Thursday is the selected day and they she will have to state that it must be on Friday.

Good question on whether or not Casey could use this, I have no idea what the answer to that is but I pray that someone is doing transcriptions.

Now that you mention it,  I generally don't use the "handicapped" parking spaces at grocery stores or courts.  At grocery stores, there is usually a huge competition for the up close handicapped spaces  by "handicapped" people such as young chicks in miniskirts or teenagers.  At the courts, I've been aced out of parking in the handicap slot by totally fit and very young court clerk who illegally parks in those slots.  In one case, a court clerk arriving late and saw me lumbering into the slot with my large SUV,  But she knowingly stole  the space from me even though I was marked handicap both front and back.  I no longer park in those close spots- - - way too much competition by others for the slots.  I've complained to the manager over and over.   Finally, the management allowed grocery carts in the lot, so I was able to walk in by leaning on a grocery cart- - - which in my case works fine by taking the hard work out of walking.
