me too Klaas....so much fear and mistrust in the big brown eyes in the latest pics of her, she had probably starting to tell CA about a lot of stuff.....to even think of it makes me feel like i have been punched in the gut

Casey Anthony Charged With Murder In Daughter's Death

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state attorney's office on Thursday released more than 1,000 pages of new documents in the Casey Anthony case.

Local 6 News reporters are scouring the documents and will have more information in a live report at noon. Many of the documents involve Anthony's former fiance, Jesse Grund. Watch Local 6 News and stay with ClickOrlando.com for more details.

Anthony, 23, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing last July.

Meanwhile, Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony's mother, was deposed by prosecutors on Wednesday.

Casey Anthony's brother, Lee Anthony, will be deposed on Thursday, and will likely be asked questions about the days leading up to Caylee's disappearance.

Local 6 News reported that prosecutors are trying to get a better idea of the kind of witness Lee Anthony will be on the stand and whether his testimony would be more beneficial to the defense or the prosecution.

Prosecutors will also try to see if there will be any inconsistencies in Lee Anthony's statements.

Lee Anthony's attorney, Thomas Luke, said nothing his client says will be used against him because in the days after Caylee was reported missing, Lee Anthony spoke to his sister several times, with many of the conversations recorded on jailhouse video.

"He would have use immunity for this deposition. He's already received his subpoena, so I'm unconcerned that they would prosecute him for any sort of perjury or anything else like that," Luka said.

Local 6 News reported that Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony, will likely be deposed next week.

Casey Anthony's trial will not begin until 2010.

When Lee turned around from being searched and saw Bozo stand in the middle of the courtroom door watching him, he snapped back around with his back to him. He didn't look real happy.

Err, I would call that "awkward". Baez kept standing there for the hello, did not come. I would say cordiality, Vaderstang and Baez are strangers.

Well crapola - I just had a long reply typed and poof between toggling pages it is gone. Let me try again.......

OF NOTE - JB turned over bag containing several books, toys and play food/kitchen items ( Caylee probably used these in her beloved house Sad

) and even a copy of the forensic report for DNA testing, but what hit me is these are marked: INSTRUCTIONS PACKAGE AND STORE ONLY. And the kicker to me, is these were given to Nick S on 3/19/09 - Why so late? Books included were: Ten Little Monkeys, School (House or Mouse) book, Bedtime Prayers book. Oh and tops on the list, if my eyes are reading it right - The Umbilical cord? Now that should have been turned over day one for DNA - what the heck?????????

Also in this link: Statement from cindy about hair iron from zg and toys belonging to Annibelle, Juliet Lewis' daughter. sindy also babbles about movies ZG gave casey and bambi movies casey took to nanny apt. Oh, and about the blow up bed!

Then there is form where RG turned over an empty box for a Nokia 6102 (not a blackjack, I checked!) That JG took to lend to casey (never returned - what a shock! LOL) .
Oh and Grund also turned in voodoo doll sent to him by Sandra H Lee from Quincey, MA.

Next was a property form where cindy turned over a silver Nikon camera and white bag.

Last was property form for a frame with hand and foot prints.

WHY DID JB HAVE THAT STUFF IN HIS POSSESSION SO LONG AND IF THAT SAYS UMBILICAL CORD - why in the H would he not have given that to LE at least when the REMAINS were found to determine if her dd (whom she was soooooooooo (not) worried about) had fallen victim to murder? Pfffffffffff!

Since I gave birth twenty some odd years ago, maybe this is something new, do people actually take umbilical cords home with them

I don't know about taking home with them but there are a couple companies, one in Arizona that will store the umbilical cord for you indefinately (frozen) for a fee.

so i just have to know..did lee get immunity? and if so..what does that mean...and do u think cindy to because her depo the other day was not on tv..omg help me understand because i am confused and my blood is boiling hot..ty

Prosecutors release documents in Casey Anthony case

Orange County Jail inmate Travis Nichols told deputies in July 2008 that Casey said Zenaida Gonzalez was "made up" and that she believed her boyfriend had Caylee Marie. Jail records show Travis had been arrested in the past on drug charges, as well as larceny and burglary.

Hundreds of pages included in the batch are transcribed interviews with Cindy and George Anthony. These interviews were done last summer after Caylee was reported missing but before her remains had been found. These are interviews are not new. Cindy Anthony talked about how she was tried to get more information from Casey Anthony about where the toddler was and George Anthony spoke about the horrible smell in Casey's car.
