Because I'm nosey I would love to know what is in the card. Probably Jesse pouring out his heart to Casey, and how much he loves her and Caylee, maybe.

I decided it was best to not tell a lie when I was four after my grandmother caught the fact that I had taken a pecan from the local grocer ... I was marched right back in and had to put it back. lol  Crime didn't pay. lol

Wonder when that kind of behavior would have seemed alarming to Cindy? Maybe if Casey was 4 years old and had thrown herself into the nut bin where she belonged, it would have caught somebody's attention. 

The infamous wisdom of Hon. Strickland:  "Casey Anthony and the truth are strangers."   most likely applies to the entire bunch.

I'm not criticizing Jesse, I think he seems like a very nice kid, I'm just saying the defense is going to go after him with a vengeance. And then throw in that Birthday Card that Blink was talking about....

I really cannot imagine what a card to a one year old could say that could be so damning. What did he say, "I love you so much I'm going to kill you in June, 2008?"

At about the 1:00 minute mark, Lee starts to smile and laugh......turns around and sees Bozo....instantly goes from his Tickle-Me-Lee smile to his "wtf is Bozo doing here" look.........

If that info is gained or any information that is developed because of statements made in his depo with use immunity given - then he can't be prosecuted for that.   However, if they have independent evidence of a crime, mentioned during the depo or testimony at trial, then they can bring charges using that information.  However, his statements from the depo or trial can't be used in conjunction with the independent findings.  For example, lets say Tony used his camera phone to video Lee wiping out the computer.  Lets take it further and say, Lee tells SA today that he wiped the laptop because he knew casey wouldn't want mama dearest to see it.  They can use the video by Tony - but not his statement today.

Hi Monkeys -

I have followed this case from the beginning.  Originally, I naively thought Caylee died by accident and Casey panicked.  My husband and I both help search for poor little Caylee's body with TES.

And I desperately wanted to feel empathy for Caylee's grandparents! 

As time went on and the Anthony's kept talking, I found it impossible to have any other feeling for them than utter contempt.

I have not been following the case that closely lately as it has really bothered me.  This family is beyond disgusting!  Their complete lack of respect for the brutal death of their own granddaughter has left me sick to my stomach.

So please bare with me as I am somewhat behind!   TIA
