http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2009/08/casey-anthony-wftv-asks-if-george-and-cindy-have-a-book-deal.html

George Anthony's big day offered several stunners.

I was shocked to see how he was dressed today to meet prosecutors. In his lime-green shirt and striped shorts, George looked ready for a barbecue, not a deposition. Given the gravity of the situation, George might have dressed up.

Then at 6 p.m., WFTV-Channel 9 raised the issue of a book deal, and I nearly fell out of my chair.

"We heard from a reliable tipster that the Anthonys, their private eye and their lawyer are negotiating a package deal for a book with Simon & Schuster," Kathi Belich said.

The publisher, part of the CBS Corp., was not commenting, she added.

Belich said her source was "a tipster who's been right before." A tipster of the other variety wouldn't be very helpful.

Belich, at her restrained best, asked Conway about a book deal. "I wouldn't comment on anything personal like that," Conway said.

Belich: "Why not?"

Conway: "There's no reason to."

Oh, pal, are you ever wrong on that.

Belich: "Is it true?"

Conway: "I'm not going to way whether it's true or not true."

So who's the writer? George, Cindy, Conway or private eye Dominic Casey? The mind boggles. Given the way George and Cindy have told the story so far, would that book be classified as fiction or nonfiction? Would you buy it?

MAGIC, your last post left me with a lump in my throat. My own daddy worked at a shipyard, walked several blocks to the bus @ 5am every morning, caught a ferry, and rode to work. He came home every afternoon the same way, almost always so dirty you could barely recognize him. But every day, even when I was just a toddler, he brought a Hershey bar or some treat out of his lunch box. I have an old picture of him and I as I ran up to him on the sidewalk with my arms outstretched, mostly glad to see him, but loving the special treat everyday too.

Thank you for the memory.  an angelic monkey

Fanny, that is how your post left me.  I was tearing up, reading it to my husband.  We are so lucky to have our memories of being loved.  I wish the Anthony's would of realized what they had and let slip through their hands.  They seem to have gotten over it though, I really doubt that Kathi is wrong about the book deal.  She is usually a very good reporter and if she said it, I will believe it until I see otherwise.  Just when we think it can't get any worse....you would think they could at least wait until the trial is over.  How do they sleep?  Oh, never mind, like little lambs with disgusting smiles on their evil faces.  We all just need to remember that their are a lot more of US than there are of THEM.

Thank you Tupelo.

Yup they now have their new website up.  Most of the wording they have chosen to use comes from the product brochure they are using

http://www.saniguard-online.com/downloads/Spray&Fogger_print.pdf

You can but a whole can of the stuff on the web for 15.00.  The new fumigation company has taken the spin one level further however in cashing in on the H1N1 fear which infers that this product has been proven to  be successful against it which it has not.  If you look at the PDF H1N1 is not on there . Guess Cindy really knew what she was talking about when she said there is a little thread of truth in everything Casey says. The rotten apple did not fall far from the old tree.

Hi, Monks---Anybody have Simon and Schuster's email address?  I was kinda thinking of maybe sending them an email objecting to the Anthonys writing a book and making blood money off of their granddaughter's death to finance a defense for the murderer.  This is shameful.  I read a lot of books, but I will never again read one published by Simon and Schuster if they go ahead with these odious people's get-rich-quick and who-cares-about-Caylee escapades.

Hi Monkeys!

I've been lurking from above and must say that I appreciate all of your thoughts. GA was amazing today. Not only was his attire an embarassment for everyone, he complains about his employment situation.  Yeah, right. GA continues to confirm for all of us that he's a complete idiot. The man has no sense of shame. If I were KC right now, I'd be thinking that my parents have finally turned against me. Based upon their behavior, I'd have to think that they want me to stay in jail for the rest of my life. CA and GA are going to attempt to make money via the book deal and every other scam they can think of...and all KC got was an ugly orange jump suit. They should all remember that karma can be a terrible thing. Lastly,  I hate them all.
