my eyes are closing again ugh. this case is wearing me out.  let me rest and I will get back here and find out how the SO feeser is connected to one of the myspace girls, this isjust crazy. and then the other one appears to have a family member in the news helping to find lindsey.  what is wrong with that town grrr

I found one in La Grande OR that had a melt down in a Denny's because he was charged for substituting hash browns for eggs.  I am sure he is not the same as the ages are wrong, but wow.

hmmm how far off is the age?

I just pulled him up again and realized his last name is FESSER not FEESER.  The article is here though.  He was 24 in '95 so that would make him 37/38.

I bet that a rumar was started that they found the body in the creek. He was probably going to put it in the creek, or because the house is behind the creek someone could have pointed in that direction saying that is where they found Brian Sheets body and they took it as in the creek. It is intresting thow. Actualy i had Ronda mixed up with jackie. She is the mother of Tracy Feeser. From what i have been told he is a good kid, but the rest of them are into drugs and other things.
Feeser, Jacqueline Renee

I don't know yet if this is the same dwight feeser who killed brian sheets but this one is listed at church street address as some of the others above in this thread, I will get this sorted out today

Name: Dwight C Feeser
Birth Date: Jul 1951
Address: 23 Church Rd, McCleary, Washington 98557-0801 (1993)

Washington Court of Appeals ReportsSTATE v. FEESER, 138 Wn. App. 737 (2007)No. 33961-7-II.May 22, 2007.

¶1 — Dwight C. Feeser appeals his conviction and sentence for second degree murder while armed with a deadly weapon. He argues that (1) the information was insufficient, (2) the instructions improperly relieved the State of its burden of proof because they failed to require the jury to find absence of premeditation as an element of second degree murder, (3) the felony murder statute unconstitutionally violates the separation of powers doctrine because it leaves the courts to provide a definition for the underlying felony "assault," and (4) the sentencing court should not have used an offender score of 1, based on his 1997 prior felony conviction, because the record does not include his post-1997 misdemeanors, which the State contends prevented this conviction from "washing out" under RCW 9.94A.525(2). We affirm Feeser's conviction and, based on Cadwallader,[fn1] vacate his sentence and remand for resentencing.

okay I think we can pretty much conclued the sex offender michael david feeser is related to the feesers on church street and some of the other mccleary addresses.

There is the last name of someone living with the feesers who shares that last name with one of the girls on myspace who we have been looking at and is connected to some of the other myspace friends of lindsey.

I need to go try to see if this girl is related to this person living with the relatives of the sex offender.  We know michael david feeser is a sex offender in this family.  we also are pretty sure the george woodard living with feeser is a child rapist but have we determined 100% that is the same george?  I was so tired last night I cant remember if we matched him up or not; did we?   if he connects to this same family we have two in the immediate family /household.  and if this person with the same last name as the girl on myspace is related to her then we have this girls relative living with these feesers and connected to two sex offenders.  could this girl be in contact with these sex offenders and could Lindsey and friends of this girl all been around where they had contact with these people?  this is my concern.

so let me go check to see if I can figure out if this girl is connected.  I don't want to put her name out here so I can't say who the person is with the same last name or it will be saying who the girl is, and she don't need to have that put out here and have to live with that mess.

ok so if she was 24 in 2004 at the time of the wreck then she is 24-25 at the time of the murder when she went over to michael feesers when dwight feeser shot brian sheets.

let me add a bit more info (NOT CONFIRMED, but no reason for me to think someone is lying)

I am told by a local that some weird things were going on around Mullin's Creek and it was connected to one of the Feesers.  I really can't say more than this because I feel it could be potentially dangerous for the person telling me.  They also did not see this themself but a family member did.  So I have to get more info about that.  But what I have been told makes me want to dig into this really quickly because I believe if it has anything at all to do with anything, we don't want to fool around and have the end of July come on us.

I also would like someone to put all of this info in some report fashion and see it to the feds.  I just don't like contacting police/LE.  (personal reasons, and no I am not wanted by the law Monkey Devil!)

Best bear stew anywhere
BY JACOB JONES
The Daily World
Sunday, July 12, 2009 12:45 AM PDT

The spicy aroma of sizzling bear stew swept through the shady patches of Beerbower Park in McCleary much of Saturday as thousands turned out for the 50th Annual Bear Festival.

The smiling, sunburned and famished lined up at narrow makeshift wooden tables, standing as they scooped spoonfuls of stew and beans.

They munched watermelon with juice running down their cheeks. They chewed buttered rolls, dipping them to soak up leftover stew. The sun shined overhead.

“We’re really pleased with the turnout,” said Susan Strong, a festival committee member, as she sold festival buttons in the shade.

Strong estimated more than 2,500 buttons had been sold. The $2 buttons paid for a plate of stew and side dishes. The line for food formed quickly and stretched far across the parking lot.

Saturday’s festivities started with the kiddie parade, quickly followed by the grand parade. Strong said almost 50 groups march through the streets with clowns, bands and classic cars.

“It was a great parade,” she said.

The lively music and bright sunshine swept away much of the cloud that has hung over the small town recently. Many enjoyed the festivities, but could not forget 11-year-old Lindsey Baum, who disappeared from just a few blocks away two weeks ago.

Several volunteers passed out fliers to people coming through town and asked for donations for Baum’s family.

Strong looked around at hundreds slurping sno-cones and nibbling elephant ears, The festival had gone smoothly, though fewer children attended the kid’s day events on Friday.

With the end of the 50th festival, she said the planning committee will start looking forward to next year. They can always use more volunteers.

ps. I would like to see this info go to the feds not only the local pd, and maybe not even to the local pd.  we have a lot of people included in this research and we really don't know who is who concerning their status in the community. Also, they might not understand any of this and not dig into it; on the other hand I believe the feds would understand it, at least some of them will.

don't worry about "ME" I am use to this stuff.  ugh.  won't be the first time I got in a mess over a case, won't be the last.  Lindsey is out there and might be alive and someone has to dig before time runs out.
