on that long list of feesers I posted a few posts back, I find many of them at this other address in mccleary
I won't post all the names, but they are all at this address too, so they must all be related, and now this one has this business listed as well.  I remember seeing this business listed with something I had posted about somewhere but I can't remember where.

The Freesers are Tweekers. At least most of them. There is a son of I think Rhonda that is not into drugs, but otherwise even the mother is last I knew. I went to school with Tracy Feeser who died at the brady boat lonch after diving in and breaking his neck. Very sad story really as Ronda was pregnant and they were high school sweethearts.  But there family is all messed up now.   I hear of them often causing some kind of trouble.  Hey Double decker if I email you a name can you look him up and tell me what you find as I do not want to post for my own pertection on this one.  Thanks

yes email me and I will look it up tomorow, I am getting reading to head to sleep, just as soon as I read these last few posts.

GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY: Investigators to work on missing girl case

Grays Harbor Undersheriff Rick Scott said the dozens of officers, searchers and volunteers who have helped look for Lindsey Baum during the past weeks will be replaced by four to six full-time investigators, according to The Daily World of Aberdeen.

They are charged with putting together the random and scattered clues into a big picture to determine what happened to Baum on June 26.

Baum disappeared two weeks ago while walking home about six blocks in McCleary from her friend’s house shortly after 9 p.m.

The tip line for giving information about Baum’s disappearance is 866-915-8299, and letters can be sent to P.O. Box 305, McCleary, WA 98557.

« Reply #164 on: July 12, 2009, 04:20:27 AM »

I am trying to get a little understanding of the area as I know little tiny towns do things a little differently that larger towns people would do.

for instance... do the kids in McCleary go back and for to Elma a lot, are they all friends as well?  Is there a bus that goes back and for and are kids known to go visit.  so are the Elma kids in mccleary a lot and the mccleary kids over in Elma a lot?  When I lived in a tiny little town the kids were over in the town 12 miles away, back and forth as much as they were in their own town.

another thing, being little towns, do you see a lot of the younger kids hanging out with the older ones?  where I use to live they did this all the time, it was not unusual for the younger kids to be hanging out with the teenagers.  Is that normal there as well?

are there local "hangouts" where most of these kids go.  Is there a dance in Elma where younger kids might go as well as the teens?  Do they allow younger kids in the dance?  and who sponsors these dances or chaperone's(spelling) them.

Is it pretty easy to rent houses in the area without credit checks etc, or without someone having to prove who they really are?  also it there a lot of turnover of people moving in and out of the area.

Is there any kind of "seasonal" work around the area which might bring in people from out of the area?  if so, what? when.

are there campgrounds around where people come to stay?

if someone were to go fishing what are the most likely places?

are there locked gates in the forested area, where only the loggers of owners can get through?

are there old hunting cabins around?

I looked on mining maps for mines, gravel pits that sort of thing where there might be old buildings where no one ever goes anymore, do you know where anything like that might be.  is there a known mining district in the area?  I found a LOT of pits listed on of mining maps, but I don't know what "kind" of pits these are, some I know are gravel pits and quarries, but there are others with just state they are closed pits/mines.  what do they mine in the area.

Is there any kind of crops they pick around the area that would draw migratory workers to the area?  if so, what, when.

sorry for all of the questions but if I can know these things it really helps me to think and also pull up stuff on old maps we have access to
The kids do travel between Elma and mccleary alot. There is grays harbor transit that runs about every hour or so.
Yes the kids do all pretty much know eachother after the 5th grade. They have the choice to attend Elma middle
school and high school. The middle school starts in 6th grade in Elma and there is no high school in Mccleary.

Elma has a Dance every Friday usually. I know the lady who runs it. Yes there are all ages there. She and my daughter just chaperoned the
last dance Ronda will do the night that Lindsey went missing.  Ronda's son just died a month ago of an overdose of his medication.
He went to school with my son. Austin Burrows was 19 years old. So there is another person who does the dance. He is a girlfriend
of mines father. He does it with his 16 year old granddaughter. She downloads the hip music and he makes sure everything runs smooth.
I myself would never put him on a suspect list as he is about 65 years old and is the local Santa. I mean really for 15 years he
has decorated his home with hundreds of lights and stands out handing out candy canes in his drive for the three days  before Christmas.
Him and his wife  also raise goats and take them to the fair every year. He has been a very dedicated man in our comunity for many years.
Besides he is rarely alone. He is either with his wife, his friend that helps him with the fair, or his daughter and grandkids.
But you can look at everyone including myself as far as I am concerned if it gets Lindsey home in the fastest possible time. Smile
As for rentinghouses I think they do credit checks for the most part, but i am sure there r some who don't.
Farm work is where the migrant workers go, and a nursery called Briggs. About a week ago there were 90 hispanics deported from there.
They also Peel bark and pick slou brush. I remember when my kids were young about 15 years ago there were fights in the woods over bark
and slou brush territory. A few were shot and killed in the woods over it.
Camp grounds are at Shaffer state park. You must register but they do not check ID. Also RV parks there are 2 in Elma with lots of people
there all the time as I can tell.
Fishing .... usually the chehalis River or Whynoochie River. The chehalis runs on the back part of our property.
There only few locked gates on log roads. Anyone can travel from town to town on the back log roads easy if they are not like mer and get lost at every turn Smile
I have not seen and hunting cabins around but..... there is a old logging comunity way out in the woods called Saginaw's.

http://www.historicbrooklyntavern.com/saginaw.htm

I just re read your post and yes about 25 percent of the log roads are locked and loggers or owners have access. I see what you are getting at. also I don't see many kids hanging out with a big age difference maybe a few years but as I have seen 8,9,10.11, and maybe 12 year olds hang out but that might be a bit of a stretch.  Also there is a mill called Murphy company and it has a Little comunity called whitestar or whites by it . the mill was Weyerhauser 2 years ago between Elma and mccleary. My husband has worked there4 for 18 years. There is a big water think on the hill behind it also. The houses around it are mostly run down and its secluded.

I just got info on the feesers I had forgotten. Someone refreshed my memory and it might be of intrest, at least I think its very interesting.

                                            FACTS

On May 5, 2005, Dwight Cletus Feeser shot and killed his friend Brian Sheets during an

argument.  The shooting occurred  at the home  of  Michael Feeser,  Dwight  Feeser's nephew,

where both Dwight Feeser and Sheets resided.

The State charged Feeser with  second  degree  murder by intentional killing, or in the

alternative, second degree felony murder in furtherance of second degree assault.  Feeser did not

challenge the sufficiency of the information below.  At trial, Feeser asserted self-defense.

The trial court  gave  the jury  alternative "to convict" instructions for second  degree

murder:  intentional killing and felony murder by causing death in furtherance of second degree

assault. Feeser did not challenge these instructions. The jury found Feeser guilty of second degree

murder.

At sentencing, the trial court noted that Feeser had four prior felony convictions:  (1)

unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in 1969, (2) unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in 1974, (3)

grand larceny in 1977, and (4) unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree in 1997.2

The State conceded that the 1974 unlawful-motor-vehicle-taking conviction and 1977 grand

1 In re Pers. Restraint of Cadwallader, 155 Wn.2d 867, 123 P.3d 456 (2005).

2 In its Brief of  Respondent, the State notes and attaches copies of Feeser's two prior

misdemeanor convictions, which occurred within five years of his 1997 firearm conviction and,

therefore, served as the basis for the State's unchallenged assertion that Feeser's 1997 firearm

conviction did not wash out under  RCW 9.94A.525(2).   These misdemeanor convictions,

however, are not part of the record on appeal; nor, apparently, were they part of the record in the

trial court.

                                               2

33961-7-II

larceny conviction3 "washed out" under RCW 9.94A.525. The State asserted, and Feeser did not

object or request further proof, that Feeser's 1997 firearm possession did not wash out.   Both

Feeser and the State determined the same standard range sentence, 134-234 months, which the

State, at least, had derived from an offender score of one based on Feeser's 1997 conviction.

Based on this same 1997 felony, the trial court also calculated an offender score of 1,

which yielded the same  standard  sentencing  range.  The trial court sentenced Feeser to 234

months confinement for his second degree murder conviction,  with an additional  60-month

That was the body I was speaking of that was found in mullins creek a few years ago.
Here are some other tings I came accross

I am not nearly as talented as the monkeys in this cage, but I want to let you know how impressed I am.  I hope this research is not leading down the right path, however, because if it is---it does not look good for Lindsey.

It is hard for me to believe that someone can murder/rape a child and then be released back onto the streets to do it once again.  It happens much more than I thought it did.

madibabe, thanks for that info on dwight feeser, that is about the same thing I left myself a note to look up before I went to bed last night. now it really is something that brian sheets, the person dwight was charged for the murder of, was found in the Jim Mullin Creek.  I would love to know where at on that creek his body was found.  Also thanks for the "Whites" location info that the Feesers once lived there and know that area.  I will search on a topo map and see what I see there.  I have noticed the "whites" "town" on the map before, but never looked around there.

I will also find out today how related dwight is to the rest of the feesers etc, I need to figure out a lot about this whole family and see just how many of them are doing something and their connections to the mullin creek area.  we figured out last night that the woodwards, georges and sarah J woodard/feeser is connected to the address on elma hickson(or whatever the name of that road is) where the sex offender michael david feeser was listed, and we figure he is the same one listed with sarah and the georges woodards but his age is an error in the basic database; and I will try to find a doc today to see if that is really him or not.  most likely it is, but might not be so I will look for docs to confirm or not.

I have "home chores" to do every morning, I have to get to work on them and will pop in here between them, but I won't be able to look up a lot of stuff until I am through withi is around 10:30-12 noon ugh, but then I will get back on this.

as with all theories or possibilities, I just look up stuff and go from there, I still am not stuck on any person of interest any of us have thought of, this is just one more in a long list of possibilities; however, I have some UNCONFIRMED info that I feel makes it very important to consider these people and to dig up what we can.  It might be nothing at all, but then again some of these people really fit the profile for abductining a child.

I won't post all the names, but they are all at this address too, so they must all be related, and now this one has this business listed as well.  I remember seeing this business listed with something I had posted about somewhere but I can't remember where.

this is rhonda feeser - she is listed with the other feesers.  this will help us figure out who this family is and who they are connected to and where they might have addresses

Roni Feeser

Former Port Orchard resident Rhonda ""Roni"" Feeser, 51, of McCleary died of antilymphocytic syndrome (Lou Gehrig's disease) April 1, 2001, at Columbia Capital Medical Center in Olympia.

She was born May 26, 1949, in Port Orchard to Kenneth and Maxine (Solid) Boyer. She graduated in 1967 from South Kitsap High School and in 1994 from South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia.
my note, isn't there a boyer SO listed that is not accounted for his whereabouts?  or do I have that mixed up.

She married Henry ""Hank"" Feeser on Dec. 6, 1975, in Bremerton.

She was a security systems technician and monitor at Naval Hospital Bremerton for 15 years. She was retired.

Mrs. Feeser enjoyed gardening and making dollhouses and miniature furniture.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Shane of Lacey and Brandon of Elma; a daughter, Ginger of McCleary; her parents, Kenneth and Maxine Boyer of Port Orchard; a sister, Jacque Morris of Port Orchard; and one grandson.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. April 14 at Whiteside Family Mortuary in Elma. Memorial donations may be made to The ALS Association, 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 150, Calabasas Hills, CA 91301-5104.

okay looks like Michael is Dwight's nephew and this shooting occured at Michaels home and brian sheets was living there too.  What were they fighting over?

In May, 2005, the defendant was living with his girlfriend, Fonda Dent, in a motor home parked next to his nephew, Michael Feeser's, house. The victim, Brian Sheets, also lived on the premises in a small trailer. (RP 16-17). In the afternoon of May 5, 2005, Michael Feeser came home from work and was met as he got out of his car by Fonda Dent who told him that the defendant and Brian Sheets were fighting in the house. Michael Feeser went into the house and found the defendant and Sheets arguing and shoving at each other in the kitchen of the house. (RP 19-20). Michael Feeser got between the two men in an effort to break up the fight and in the process, was struck once in the head by Brian Sheets. (RP 21-22). Michael Feeser thought he had gotten the two men calmed down and then left to go into his bedroom to change his clothes. While he was in the bedroom, he heard the defendant and Sheets begin to argue again. (RP 25-26). Michael Feeser changed his clothes. While he was leaving his bedroom, he heard a gunshot. He ran into the living room and saw the defendant standing with a gun in his right hand and Sheets laying on the porch just outside of the front door. (RP 27-28). Michael Feeser also saw blood splatter in the living room area of his house and heard the defendant say something indicating that now he had to clean this mess up. Michael Feeser then ran out of the house, jumped into his truck and immediately

drove into the nearest town where he flagged down a police officer and reported the shooting. (RP 29-30). An autopsy conducted on Brian Sheets' body revealed that the victim died as a result of a single gunshot wound to the chest. (RP 251- 253). Testing by the Washington State Patrol Crime Laboratory indicated that the fatal shot had been fired from a distance of 12 to 36 inches from the victim. (RP 300). The defendant was charged with Second Degree Murder by the intentional killing of Brian Sheets or in the alternative, causing the death of Brian Sheets in the course of or and in furtherance of the crime of Assault in the Second Degree. (CP 1-3). The defendant did not challenge the sufficiency of the Information or the adequacies of the to convict jury instructions for intentional Second Degree Murder and Second Felony Murder which was submitted to the jury in the form of WPIC 27.02 and WPIC 27.04. At trial, the defendant testified that he had armed himself with the .410 sawed-off shotgun to intimidate or scare the victim, Brian Sheets. (RP 3 12-3 13). The defendant also admitted that he shot the victim once in the chest with the .410 sawed-off shotgun, but claimed that the shot was fired in self-defense. (RP 306-307). The defendant was found guilty by the jury and was sentenced by the court on October 10, 2005. (CP 4-9

On May 5,2005, the defendant was living in a motor home with his girlfriend, Fonda Dent, next to the house owned by his nephews Michael and James Feeser. Brian Sheets, the 7 victim, also lived or, the premises in a smal! travel traiier. The defendant was apparently related to the victim by mamage and had known the victim for a number of years. The two men had lived together from time-to-time in the past. Some time around 4 p.m. or shortly thereafter on May 5,2005, the victim shouted from the house out to the motor home that the defendant owed him $50. The defendant disputed the amount of the debt and left the motor home and went into the house where an argument began between the two men. The argument was still going on when Michael Feeser anived home from work at approximately 4:30 p.m. that afternoon. The argument escalated from a loud argument to a physical confrontation as Michael Feeser entered the house. Michael Feeser saw the victim and the defendant at each other's throats in the kitchen area of the house and immediately got between the two men in an attempt to break it up. In the course of breaking up the physical fight, Michael Feeser got hit once in the head around the eye by the victim. Michael Feeser was certain that the blow was not intended for him but had been aimed the defendant. Neither the defendant or the victim were armed. Michael Feeser told the two of them to "knock it off or get out of his house and off his property." The defendant then left the house and Michael Feeser continued to talk to the victim in the kitchen area. The defendant then returned with a sawed-off shotgun and declared that the victim "didn't know who he was f-ing with" and that "I could kill you." Michael Feeser again interceded to calm the situation down and then went into his room to change out of his work clothes. A short time later after he had changed his clothes, as he was coming out of his STATEMENT OF PROSECUTING ATTORNEY -2- H. $ bedroom, he heard a gunshot coming from the living room area of the house. Michael Feeser ran ) down the hallway into the living room where he saw the defendant standing holding a sawed-off 1 .4 10 shotgun and he saw the victim lying on the porch just outside the doorway. As Michael 7 Feeser was coming down the hallway into the living room, he saw Fonda Dent in the living room 3 and heard her say words to the effect, "Oh my God, he shot him." Michael Feeser then ran over and saw a large apparent gunshot wound the victim's chest and blood on the floor just inside the doorway and on the porch. It was clear to Michael Feeser that the victim, Brian Sheets, was dead. Michael Feeser then left, driving directly into McCleary where he flagged down a McCleary police officer and reported the shooting. Shortly after Michael Feeser left, the defendant slapped Fonda Dent and told her to calm down and threatened to kill her and her family if she told anyone about the shooting. The defendant then gave Fonda Dent the shotgun and told her to put it up in the Oldsmobile. While she was doing that, the defendant got a plastic tarp and covered the body on the porch. Shortly after this took place, Marjorie Feeser arrived unexpectedly while the defendant was attempting to hose off the porch area to wash the blood away. Fonda Dent asked Marjorie Feeser to take her into McCleary to the bank. They both left the residence and went into the town of McCleary. A few minutes after Marjorie Feeser left, Hank and Ginger Feeser arrived. When Hank and Ginger Feeser arrived, the defendant was still hosing down the porch and ramp area of the house to eliminate the blood. They asked the defendant what had taken place. The defendant told them there had been a fight and that he had busted Brian Sheets in the face, splitting open his nose and causing the large amount of blood that Hank and Ginger Feeser were observing on the porch and ramp area of the house. The defendant denied that there had been a shooting and told both Hank and Ginger Feeser that Michael Feeser and the victim had left the H. STEWARD hlENEFEE STATELVENT OF PROSECUTING ATTORNEY -3-

premises. Hank and Ginger Feeser then left the premises and went back to their house on Church Road. Shortly after they left, the police arrived and placed the defendant into custody. The defendant initially told police officer that there had not been a shooting, that there simply had been a fight and that Brian Sheets had left walking away from the house through the backyard. As officers searched the premises, they discovered the body of Brian Sheets wrapped in plastic tarps in a wheelbarrow at the back of the house. Officers also discovered a .410 shotgun under the seat of an Oldsmobile located on the premises. Fonda Dent and Michael Feeser both identified the shotgun as being the shotgun the defendant had used to shoot the victim. An autopsy revealed that the victim had been killed by a single .410 gunshot wound to the chest, which had tom open his aorta and pulmonary artery, damaged the left lung and disintegrated one of the victim's ribs. The Washington State Patrol Crime Laboratory analysis estimated distance from muzzle to wound to be more than 1 foot and less than 3 feet, most probably somewhere about 2 feet in distance. The gun was so close to the victim's chest that the wadding from the shotgun shell was found embedded in the wound area

well from the court records we find out that michael david Feeser is the nephew of Dwight Feerer
that Henry "hand" feeser and ginger live on church street and are related.
Marjorie feeser if somehow related.

briand sheets use to live at michael feeser's house in a little trailer
Fonda dent was the gf of dwight feeser and they lived there in a motorhome
someone owned an oldsmobile

this is all in may of 2005, 4 years ago, so not that long ago.

so now let me go look at which address and feesers the same last name of the girl on myspace is living with/at.  see if they are related to this girl, and if she would have had any contact with the feesers/michael feeser.

I find it interesting a sex offender would run and flag down the police to tell them about a murder his relative just comitted
